Excellent Tips and Advice!
Really enjoy reading Janie's book. She has great fashion sensibility and many years of experience as a costumer/stylist. I find myself thinking about my own wardrobe while I am reading her book. She offers great tips and advice based upon body type and personality which will be helpful when shopping for future purchases. Would be fun to see some of her Q designs on Mad Men next season.

Well written and illustrated
This book is well written and very detailed. Different from the usual advice that you get in fashion magazines, the authors provide directives on determining your shape (use a tape measure), the whole sizing mystery (sizes circa Mad Men are very different than today) and styling for both men and women. Featured are photos of Janie Bryant's own jewelry collection (WOW!) and the occasional tidbit about the show. It's a book you'll go back to again and again and is required reading for all hardcore MM fans!

Mad Man Mod
This is an amazing book. Not only does Janie Bryant go into her own background and open her closets to us, but she shares her inspiration and fashion tips on the wardrobes she creates for the show "Mad Men". The pictures in the book are beautiful so the book becomes a resource as well as an enlightening read. A steal at the QVC price.
