This book is very well made and I'd loaded with beautiful pictures of,each recipe. It has a lot of great information about other things as well. You won't be sorry if,you order this book

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice Cookbook -But Wish he would have given us recipes he makes on the show. The book is very nice but will not be making anything in it. Like the small book that came with the Copper Chef. As the coffee cake recipe being wrong, I wonder if others are also. To costly now to get all the items ready and have it not work out, do not find cooking times, and seems other instructions are also missing. The recipes can be made in any pan, also boil water in any pot. Was anxious to make something the day they both arrived. Had items he used on the presentation. Will try the Copper Chef,do hope it will work as well as told.Some of the recipes say heat pan on high heat, was told to only to use medium heat to warm pan. Told we could not damage Copper Chef but instructions say not to use metal in it, what about the steamer?? I am very confused about what has been told. Will return the book, not anxious to pay more shipping, but will not use it. The small recipes that came with the Copper Chef seems more of what I would like to make. Still anxious to give it a try - have wanted this for a long time. Would recommend to others but need some answers and give it a try first. .

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's Hip to be Square Bought both square pans when they were offered recently on QVC, Bought the cookbook, too. I planned to make pork chops for dinner and decided to try the pan and the recipe. I was surprised when I went to page 101 for "Pan Seared Herb Pork Chops with Apple Slaw. Actually had most ingredients on hand. Read directions and found green cabbage spelled incorrectly as GRAIN cabbage. Makes me wonder what other errors are in the book. From reading the reviews, it is apparent that not a great deal of care was exercised when putting the recipes in print.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from IN RESPONSE TO THE COFFEE CAKE RECIPE ERROR The recipe on page 176 for coffee cake really calls for 2/3 cup flour in the topping, not 2 cups of flour. If you look at the similar recipe on page 174, you will understand that it is just a misprint. For this reason, I am only giving it 4 stars, as the cookbook should have been edited better. Other than that, the recipes are great. If I catch another misprint, I will post it.
