The medium-size baker (which was my favorite), cracked while in the oven. Oven was set at 375. Food was not frozen. I thought Temp-tations cookware was designed to cook at temperatures of 350 and above. Now, I'm hesitant to put the other two in the oven, but since that's the reason I bought them, I'll go ahead and use them. Otherwise, they'll just be taking up storage space. It would be great if they redesigned these dishes to be sturdy enough to withstand various oven temps. The 2 star rating (instead of 1 star) is because the dishes are really beautiful.

I am so bummed because I love these. But they cracked. I could hear them cracking in the oven. No, I didn't cook something frozen. I guess I am going to have to dig out my old bakers from my donation pile. Disappointing.

Wish I would have read reviews before making this purchase. I love temp-tations and have several sets but this set did not meet expectations, the small and medium bakers cracked when I used them in the oven. I assumed because they are "bakers" it was ok to put them in oven! Guess I won't be putting the large one in the oven. Poor quality and I'm disappointed. I'll read reviews next time I'm thinking about buying any temp-tations item.

I never thought I would be using these "baking dishes" as much as I do.....I really love them. I have had no trouble with cleaning or baking in them thus far. My only wish is that they had a plastic cover for them....I seem to use them in the frig with left overs and they do take up alot of room in the frig and I cannot stack on top of them due to plastic wrap....nothing I have tried seems to fight the sizes.

I'm a little disappointed it isn't as easy to clean as they show. I have pampered chef stoneware I have had for about 15 yrs and it cleans better then temptations. I don't think I would purchase anymore

Loved these upon arrival. Perfect size and can make anything in them, so I thought. Unfortunately within a two week period 2 of the 3 bakers cracked in the oven. Both times the oven was on 350 and the food was not frozen.
Temptations claims in order for them not to crack you have to meet three criteria...don't bake anything frozen, (so no frozen pizza, French fires, etc.), don't wash the bottom of the baker so water doesn't enter the unglazed portion (so I guess that stays dirty) and finally make sure the pan is full of food to cover the bottom (so I guess I can't just make a piece of chicken). So what is the point? Something is wrong in production, Tara should address. Sadly disappointed as I am an advid Temptations fan.

This is one of my favorite Temp-tations purchases; love this set. My interest in this set was the 1.5 qt. which I consider a 'quiche' size dish. And the handles are the icing on the cake! Have had quiche pie plates which I also use for other baking purposes, so far two have cracked (maximum temp wasn't specified so I'm assuming over 400 is to high - which is the #1 reason for this set - 500 degrees is a generous setting). And although the 1.5 qt. is what peeked my interest initially, the remaining two are perfect for many uses...e.g., the larger of the set is a great size for teriyaki chicken wings which I prepare often. You hit another home run Tara, thank you!

I love the look of Tempetations and have several pieces but have had 3 of the platters/covers break when used in the oven. Tempertures at 350 degrees should not be causing these items to be breaking. Must be poor quality workmanship. As much as I love these pieces I won't be purchasing any more and sending what I have purchased back. So unhappy
