Broke sugar bowl
I broke the sugar bowl to this set. I contacted the company,to get a replacement. I was informed that they do not have replacement pieces. If I want to replace the broken piece I have to purchase a whole new set. I will not buy anymore Temptations products. Why have them of you can't use them for fear of breaking a piece. Just know that if you purchase any of their products and you break a piece of it you cannot replace it

Broken Sugar Bowl. Had to Send it Back.
I ordered this tea set in Old World Blue. The Sugar Bowl was broken. I called QVC Customer Service, but they no longer had Blue.
I called Temptations Company themselves. Staff there was not helpful. They claim they had no replacement parts to send out and did not know when they would get more of these tea sets.
Also. they said that, even if they had the part, they would NOT replace the sugar bowl for free.
Too bad, I liked the tea set, but I collect Old World Blue, not any other color.
From reading the reviews, I see that other people have received broken parts to the set and also had to return the set.
I do hope OVC gets more of this item.
I will try again. Maybe - next time - there will be no more broken items.

This is another amazing item from Temptations! I'm so happy I was able to get the Confetti before it sold out. Beautiful deep color saturation and the size of the pieces is awesome. The huge tray is worth the price of admission alone. This set would make a great gift. If you're on the fence, go for it! Tara, please keep the new items coming!!

Returned Twice...smashed!
So disappointed. Teapot base broken...returned. Second shipment the creamer completely smashed. Returned for a full refund. Not quality like other pieces.

Beautiful set.
Received my harvest tea set yesterday, hav'nt used it yet so can't comment on its durability but let me just say what a beautiful set. Can't wait to use it. Came perfectly packaged not a scratch on it. Absolutely lovely.

Fantastic Set
This is a very nice set and a great value for what you get. I had been waiting for a large creamer and this set has it. I have become obsessed with tara's platters and trays/deep dish lid its. This platter is a perfect size. All the pieces are very useful. Keep the new sets coming!!!!
