Technique Hard Anodized Dishwasher Safe 8-pc. Cookware Set
I ordered this cookware last week and I am inlove. So much so that I ordered the same set for my son. I can not wait until he gets it. Just moving in to his first apartment. I also used the utencils that come with the set and no scratches.
Purchased this set as a gift for my bonus daughter who is a budding chef and needed a good starter set. She absolutely loves them! Good quality and feel to each piece. The smaller set is perfect for apartments - very easy to store.
You get what you pay for!
You get what you pay for and with this set by Technique, you get your money's worth and more! This cookware set is great to cook with! It heats evenly and is very sturdy. I like the fact that it is not Teflon coated but hard anodized metal/steel! That's what's unique about this set! You don't have to worry about scratching it. That's why they included a metal spatula and spoon! The cookware set is light weight and very durable! It's sure to last a long, long time! I'm very pleased with this set and would recommend it to anyone!
Wow really nonstick!
I just got this set today and i am amazed the first thing i did was fry an egg with no oil or butter and it did not stick at all. Only have to use medium heat and egg was cooked evenly and perfect! I am going to have to get one of the larger sets now. The only reason i gave it 4 stars and not 5 is that the small pot does not come with a lid, and also I wishede they would have left out the metal utensils and made this set a lower price. We all have utensils and i am not going to use metal utensils in them even though they say they are metal utensil safe.
This cookware was a birthday gift from my son! After almost 30 yrs. with my present cookware, I guess he decided it was "about time". I could not be happier with this set - they are made extremely well .... just the handles alone are a "Godsend"! How many of us, after years of use, find the handles on cookware loose / "wiggly", etc. ? Cooking with this set is an absolute "DREAM"!!! As I live alone, the smaller set was just right for me. My daughter-in-law (who turned me on to Technique" has the larger set - and she was the one who recommended it). SO - thanks to her and my son for this graet birthday gift! I would also like to thank QVC - your service / customer support, etc., etc., is THE BEST !!!!
becareful of glass lids
I had made alfredo chicken and took it off the burner and put the lid on till the sauce thickened up...The glass lid shattered...it stayed intact but it was still shattered.
Love the skillets just will not use the lids anymore .
not such a good purchase
sent it back..fry pan was used once it was scratched on bottom of pan from burner on top of burner. never saw anything like it before..waiting for refund
This has to be the best basic cookware set known to man. I have been cooking for decades and this is by far the best cookware that I have ever used and I have tried everything. Cooks like a dream, cleans in a few swipes and looks good doing it all. This is a must have for anyone starting out but I warn you ...you will be spoiled for anything else. I will happily be adding to this set with any open stock items in the near future.
This was the first set of anodized cookware I have owned...as well as my first ever QVC purchase! As of now, the few pieces I've used have been wonderful....even heating and browning, and 'clean-up' is a breeze! Thanks QVC!
I brought this set for my daugther in law .She loves the set she doesn't want to cook in it. She has it sitting on top of the stove where she just looks at it my son tells her she is going to have to use in sooner or later sooner he hopes. I gave it four stars because she has not used it yet.
I have been saving for these for quite awhile after buying the 10 and twelve inch fry pans. Best I have ever used in over 40 yrs. of cooking. Thank you QVC and Meridth. If you are on the fence on these--do it. You will not regret it.
Love this Set!!!!
I agree with the other reviewers, heat evenly and clean as breeze.....I cook more since got this set.....everyone should get it.
wondering if Technique will consider "pressure cooker"
