Best cookware ever My brother purchased these as a house warming gift for me four years ago and they are the best cookware I have ever used. You can use meal spoons in them and the don't scratch. They heat faster and cook better than any others I have had. They are a bit heavy, but I would not trade them. After 4 years they still look brand new and have no scratches in the pans. Best gift I have ever received! 04-18-13

Best Cookware I purchased this cookware almost 2 years ago and have been pretty tough on it. I cook with these pieces everyday and even occassionally put them in the dishwasher; all of the pieces just keep performing above expectations. No scratches, dents or peeling. I have purchased other Technique Cookware pieces and when it is time to replace what I have, it will be Techniques. 04-14-13

Good Value, Would Buy Again I don't write reviews until I've had an item a year or more. Love this cookware. it lives up to expectations. Purchased more than 1+ year. I would buy this again, but I don't think I'll need to I use metal utensils, no scratches. No sticking. Heats quicklly, too. I put it in the dishwasher, too. Best customer service. I received this set when I needed to return my previous cookware using the lifetime warranty. QVC customer service was excellent when providing me with all the warranty information when I realized I had misplaced it. Best customer service. 5 years and still great! This is the best cookware I've ever had! Love to cook,and this does it all! The only thing I've done to maintain my cookware is hand washing since the pieces don't go in the dishwasher. I saute, fry, boil and use metal spoons without worry. Love,love,love my set! 03-18-13

Housewarming Gift I received this as a housewarming gift for my first home. After not even a year the coating peeled off and the cook surface is scratched up. This set is advertised as dishwasher safe. Ours went through the dishwasher only a handful of times. Yet you would never be able to tell by looking at it. I bought a new set of Rachel Ray cookware. The Technique set will be used in our camper. 03-10-13

What beautiful cookware I just received my 10 piece Cookware Set and am delighted with it. It's the nicest set of cookware that I have ever had in my 55 years of marriage. Can't wait to use it when company comes to show it off! I also ordered the 4 quart saucepan, so now I'm ready! 03-07-13

Love this set I bought this for myself with the hopes this would be the last set of pans I would ever have to buy and so far it looks like it might be. They clean up beautiful. I just wish there was a larger frying pan that came with the set. 02-27-13

Love This is truly the best cookware set I have ever owned. I have never had one thing burn in them and clean up takes minutes. This will be the only set I recommend to anyone and will be a gift for my daughter when she moves out later this year. Such a bargin! 02-09-13

Very disappointed These are not the good investment that I thought they would be. Not metal utensil safe, mine are rusting where I used the spoon. After about 10 uses food now sticks in the frying pans. I would return them but then I wouldn't have anything to cook in and so I am stuck with this product. Would not recommend. 02-06-13

Great pans, but...... I really like this set but I wish the pans came without the pour spout. When you have items to simmer or that you want to just turn off the heat and let steam, the steam/heat escapes through the pour spout. I have to put a potholder over it to keep the steam/heat in. 02-01-13
