Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easily lost 25lbs! I began this right after the first of the year. I have been following it religiously for the most part, and have easily lost 25lbs so far. It gets repetitive, but I don't mind that. I like the routine, portion control, and most of all RESULTS! I plan on going for a few more months on this plan until I reach an ideal weight. This is the plan that has helped me reach my weight loss goals, and regain control of my health. I feel SO MUCH BETTER! I definitely recommend, and can't wait to see what I look like by summer!! (the food is nothing gourmet, it's just acceptable. I did this program many years back, and the food has really improved since then. Don't let the food hold you back. You get to add many other healthy choices to this plan.) You have nothing to lose but, weight...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hard to eat after first month We just had our third month of food delivered...my husband & I are doing it together...2 boxes each month...they need to mix it up some...sick of some of the foods & some were awful the first time! Lost 9 lbs. each the first week...lost 11 lbs. over the next 2 months...hard to stay on when the food is the same delivered each month...think this may be the end for us...have been cheating more & more because we can't stand the meals after awhile...good luck...wish we could stay on it...would, if they gave you different meals...might switch to Jenny Craig....then back to this...?? Great idea with this is what you get to eat...easy to make (except packaged lunches, which are a pain...then don't taste good!) All boiled over in the microwave...you had to stand & watch them for 8 minutes...then yucky...got some bars for lunch, but mostly these lunches to make in microwave, watching to see that they don't boil over....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick & Easy...Great for Weight Loss I love this program and so does my husband! He doesn't even need to lose weight, but he likes the food. Within the first month, I lost 13 pounds and I was almost never hungry. It even satisfies my chocolate cravings! If you are a foodie or food snob, you won't like this, but let's face facts...the reason why we need to lose in the first place is because of our love for food. Something's gotta give if you truly want to lose weight!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I was very disappointed. I followed this diet strictly and on my day off a week stuck to a 1200 calorie day. I have only lost 6 lbs. and can truly say I'm starving every day think I'll do it on my own from now on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Doing Great I got this when it was the TSV In Jan. So far, I've lost 20 lbs! I'm rarely extremely hungry because I'm basically eating 6 times a day. The portions are small but adding veggies to the meals really helps. Most of the food is good and there are plenty of options to satisfy a sweet tooth. I recently went out of town for a few days, followed the flex meal guidelines when eating out and continued to lose weight while I was away. I think this is worth the price and having meals delivered makes things easy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Broke my plateau I had to write a review because I was tired of reading everyone's negativity! I'm a lifetimer on weight watchers and within the last year started menopause and gained about 5 pounds . I exercise daily and ate a lot of protein but was always tired and had no energy. I ate the same healthy foods daily and couldn't get those 5 pounds off and wanted to eat different foods and get more energy so I decided to try this. I lost 3 pounds the first week and by the end of the month I lost 6 pounds. That's a lot since I didn't have much to lose. This shows you my body needed carbs and a change! I have so much energy and enjoy the variety of food. I rarely eat the food as is, I saute vegetables and then add the entrée and cook all together and it's a huge tasty meal. There were only a few items that were just ok but it still wasn't as bad as everyone is saying. I'm feeling so much more energized and am at my lowest weight. I'm in my mid 50's and only had 5 pounds to lose . I'm so happy I tried this and also it was less money than if I bought food for a month!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE !!!! Sugar, sodium and carbs. Tell me how you lose weight when all the foods in the Nutrisystem diet are high in these items. I recently tried the Nutrisystem diet and was not only extremely disappointed, but I gained weight!!!! And, the food is awful. The bars are like eating sand, the muffins are rubbery and the rest of the food is so unappetizing it was hard to eat. After two weeks I just couldn't eat any of the food it was so terrible. The only things that were palatable were the shakes. Don't waste your money on this. The best diet to go on is Weight Watchers because you aren't changing the way you eat. You are just eating less.
