Q: Is the product designed for multiple users or does each family member need to purchase their own?
A: Each CD allows for multiple users to set up their own accounts. Simply give the CD to your friend or family member, and they can set up their own profile online. Once each individual profile is set up online, the CD is no longer necessary. However, it is suggested that each household have their own silvertone case to store their essential documents.
Q: What if I have a question about how to use the kit or one of the documents?
A: Simply contact Protection Help by following the instructions printed on your welcome letter or on your CD.
Q: What if I misplaced my welcome letter & CDs and can't remember my user name & password?
A: Simply go to the 'Help' section on SuzeOrman.com. You will be guided as to how to contact Protection Help to have your username and password emailed to you.
Q: If I give my family members the CDs to set up their own profiles, can they order just the silvertone case?
A: At this time, the case is not sold separately.
Q: What if I want to make a change to one of my documents in the future?
A: Simply log in to your profile and choose the document that you wish to update by selecting the 'Edit' option. Click through the questionnaire until you get to the section that you want to update and then select 'Continue'. Then simply print out a new document and follow the printed instructions.
Q: What if my marital status changes?
A: Simply log in to your profile, go to 'Edit Profile', and change you marital status. If there are any additional changes that you wish to make, simply click through the questionnaire until you get to the section that you want to update and select 'Continue'. Then print out a new document and follow the printed instructions.
Q: How often should I update my Must Have Documents?
A: We suggest you review your documents whenever your circumstances change, such as a marriage, a divorce, a birth, or an address change. You should also update your information if you change your mind as to whom you want to include as beneficiaries for your assets or if you have new assets you'd like add to your trust. Simply select 'Edit' to make the necessary changes in your profile or individual documents. All of your documents can also be updated at any time by simply clicking the 'Edit' option for each individual document.
Q: How often do I need to update my DNA Lifeline?
A: It is suggested that you update your profile every six months.
