Susan Graver Ponte Knit Bolero with 3/4 Ruched Sleeves
Don't like the Ruched Sleeves
The sleeve ruching is not good in this materiel, I think. I do like the fabric it is warmer than liquid knit. I got the Black in my normal SG size med (36DD) Fits very well and comes down longer than other shrugs that I find are too short.
I really love this bolero. The sleeve is too loose around the ruched area (the reason for 4 star rating) so I am planning on taking it in. Nice material, nice style. A nice bolero is hard to find. I own two other colors in this bolero.
Not so good
I was some what disappointed when I received the Bolero. It did not look anything like what it did on the TV.
Sorry, had to return it. Ordered my true size M but this came way to big like size XL. Anyway, I thought it was liquid knit but it was just regular knit and it's not even a good knit fabric. Sorry not for me.
Love how this bolero looks over a long dress or with jeans. Very cute.
Clearance Price is worth it
Exceeded my expectations! Quality of the fabric is great! Originally ordered these last spring for regular price - two shrugs with shipping came to over $100, not a great value, hence the reason for only four stars. Kept them because even though they ran to the expensive side, these were the only shrugs that I had found that were really nice. Ordered red and black in small and they fit me well.
Weight of material is enough to keep the chill off from the air conditioner without being heavy. Especially great for church and/or work over my dresses; Hands down my favorite cover up, perfect for my maxi dresses and cover up for my tank tops and other outfits for the summer. I am able to wear them spring through fall. Long enough to cover the back fat, short enough to give the illusion of a waist. Arms/sleeves are loose enough to go over my tops without being tight; also covers the arm flab; very flattering. Can be dressed up or down.
Saw the clearance price, [for around $35.00 including s/h which is much more reasonable and accurate], and came back for the blue and green in small.
.love love love
I have this bolero in green. black and blue and love love love it. It always looks fresh and I get all kinds of complements on how nice it looks. Wish there were more colors.

This Bolero cover's our "sins" Well & & due to having a bout w/ my breast cancer surgeon & lymphedema, w/ bandage's, etc ---- I can now wear all of my old Tank tops again --- & look pretty Sharp & well dressed!! Thank You Susan & Please -- on your Size chart for pull-on Pants ---- DO include "Extended" Waist measurements!! -- keeping us Petites w/ a larger Waist in mind!!
I read the reviews saying the sizes run large. I went down a size and it's perfect. I have a sleeveless black dress and need something to cover my arms. This is exactly what I wanted! Very happy

THIS IS MY SECOND KNIT BOLERO..I NORMALLY DON'T WRITE REVIEWS BUT DECIDED TO, BECAUSE READING THE REVIEWS HELPED ME DECIDE TO PURCHASE THEM AND THE CORRECT SIZE. THANK YOU EVEREYONE FOR YOUR INPUT.
I just received this item and tried it on immediately. It exceeds my expectations. I checked the garment measurements before ordering and sized down. Perfect fit! And I love the fabric and construction. I wanted a true red shrug and this is it. A SG winner!
This shrug runs huge, and it hangs funny. Made me look too granny-ish. Material is too heavy for summer. I usually wear a large but ordered medium after reading the reviews, and it was still too big on me. I exchanged for a small, but it still hung funny on me. Too boxy and frumpy. My husband did not like either , he said "RETURN"
