Rated 5 out of 5 by Size up I have always bought a 1x in Susan Graver's premier knits, but I received this pair they would not fit. I had to send them back and order a 2x. I love Susan Graver clothes and will continue to purchase them, even when there is a little slip up. 12-01-15
Rated 1 out of 5 by S G Premier Knit Boot Cut Pants Very heavy knit, not even close to petite on me. I'm only 5'1". Why are they long??? I guess as soon as I get the Other pair they both will go back. I really can't see having Them hemmed . Bad enough I will be paying for for the Return. 09-24-15
Rated 3 out of 5 by Recommend to a friend - with a warning The fabric feels nice, color selection is decent but petite length is toooooo long! 4'11" to 5'3" is a big size range. I'm 4'10.5" and I'm tired of hemming these "Petites". 09-08-15
Rated 5 out of 5 Please bring these back in black I am 5' 3.5 inches tall and these pants are a perfect fit for me in XL - and they are very flattering with my Susan Graver tunic tops. Please bring these back in BLACK!! Also, I heard Susan say that in the fall of 2015 they were going to do more pants with pockets. Please bring these back WITHOUT POCKETS. 08-09-15
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great pants, great fit. So comfortable and love the Premier knit. Purchased the petite, but I wish the length was 1-2" longer, and I'm only 5'1". Really can't wear a heel more that 2" high with these. But I will definitely purchase more, when additional colors are available. Would love to see brown; olive green. 07-26-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love these pants These pants are fabulous. The weight of the fabric is substantial so that you don't see body imperfections. The length is spot on. The boot cut is extremely flattering to the leg. I want to see this in more colors. 05-09-15
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not for cellulite Should have read all reviews before ordering. I'm 5' and these were short on me and show all lumps and bumps. Good if you are pencil thin. 11-08-14
Rated 1 out of 5 by Textile flimsy I ordered these in regular hoping they would be the answer for comfort in a daily office wear knit pant. Regular is 30 inch which is what I wear but I had to return for petite 27 inch. They fit until I sat at my desk for a couple of hours. The length stretched about 2 inches. I wear flat shoes only. These were dragging the floor and the crotch bagged too after sitting. I thought I could save money by shopping on line but I spend $14/each to try something in multiples by 5. I could have purchased one great quality pair of pants at a department store for the cost of multiple postage fees. The textile is not suited for pants, it's too flimsy. I have returned all but the navy, but I will have to have those hemmed - or just forget it and donate to a charity. 10-13-14
Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice, but not for me! i ordered 4 of Susan's pants in P8. Out of the 4 this was the nicer material one. I recently lost a little bit of weight so they really did not fit well around the crotch area, so I had to return. Did not go for the for the size 6 afraid it would not fit. Not too happy that I lost money in the return -- was charged shipping and handling on all 4 pants even though 3 of them were shipped together. I am pretty sure it did not cost them close to $21.00 to ship the 3 pants to me in the same bag. Giving the item 3 stars because of the material. 10-09-14
Rated 3 out of 5 by Great cut - too short These pants are nicely cut. The shape is very flattering and the flat waist band is very comfortable. Because I am wider in hips, but five feet tall, I normally take a petite xl in SG pants. I have always had to roll the waist in order to have a better fit in both the rise and the length. Most SG pants I have have been too long. These are not. In fact, as I said, I am 5 feet tall and these boot cut pants are actually about an inch and a half too short for me. With flats, they work ok (I still feel another half inch would be helpful for flats), but these will not accommodate a heel as the wider leg at the bottom just flops around. It really needs to be an inch longer, although if one is very lean, the length might be fine. For curvier gals, I can't imagine these being long enough for anyone over 5 feet. I also ordered the xl petite in these, and if I roll the waist, the length does work ok with heels, I assume because the extra fabric allows for more length. It is possible that I am unfortunately somewhere between the two sizes - but I really think that just a little more generosity in the large p size with an added inch would make these pants almost perfect. As far as the material, I don't think it is the polyester of yesteryear. The pants really are pretty comfortable and forgiving, just not the silky soft feel of the liquid knit. I do appreciate the added weight of this fabric, as it shows fewer flaws. Because it is a heavier polyester fabrication, I don't think it breathes as well as I would like, but overall I think the line is heading in the right direction. I would still love to see more French knit fabrications as that, to me, is the most comfortable material in a pant I have seen in this line. I would love a boot cut style in French knit with about an inch or inch and a half more in the length, so we petites could wear a modest heal. I have marked this at three stars because even though there are improvements in the cut and overall style compared to the other pants I have tried, I still think the fabrication and length are a miss for us shorter gals. That being said, I am keeping both as they will "make do" until I can find a better option in a boot cut style. 08-29-14
