Smooth operator. Ensure that sweaters, blouses, and other body-conscious tops look their best by creating a smooth base layer with this stealthy smoothing tank. Keep it undercover as a true foundation piece or let a little of the V-neckline show for a pop of color. From Susan Graver.

Susan Graver Essentials Nylon Spandex V-Neck Smoothing Tank is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 14.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice, but NOT shape-wear! I purchased this tank according to the size chart specific to the item, but believe me, if you want any sort of smoothing of lumps and bumps, you might need to go down two or three sizes. This is NOT shape wear in any way, shape or form. It's simply a nice, soft tank. While it won't help that little bulge at the waistline of your jeans, it will work for what I need it for, which is to wear under a sheer sweater I recently purchased. So even though that whole smoothing description is horribly misleading, it's unbelievably soft fabric and fits great. Just don't expect it to make you look even an ounce trimmer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smoothing tanks I love these tanks. Just enough smoothing without making you feel like you can't move in them. Great job SG.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not smoothing I bought my regular SG size 1X and the tank fits loosely. It doesn't smooth anything -- just fits sort of like a slip top. I'll keep it for an extra layer in colder months, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for even mild compression.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the V-Neck too! I already have the scoop neck version. To wear these as a stand alone piece, I went up two sizes. Fit is great for me in the sz small....my Qvc size is xxs. Chest is 32C and weight fluctuates between 105 - 107. Hope that helps!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Didn't do a thing for me. I ordered an XL, and I didn't notice any difference whether I had it on or didn't. It just rolled right over all my lumps and bumps. Confortable, but I was hoping to make SOME difference,. Maybe I should have sized down and got a Large?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Somewhere In-Between! The top is just OK, but I will keep it. I ordered the creamy color. That being said, I feel it could be improved greatly to be a true shaper top. When I received it and tried it on, it seemed small for its size. I thought that was odd because I usually do well with SG size medium, which I ordered. Then I checked the order slip and remembered that it was a "smoothing" tank. So that explains why it is a closer fit. The only problem is, it seems to be made of the same fabric as SG butter knit or something similar. It should be a thinner fabric, IMO. I plan to wear it underneath a slightly sheer beautiful off-white or creamy white medium sleeve open neck blouse. Since the SG smoothing tank is too close cut to wear on its own, it needs to be worn underneath a jacket or sheer top. Yet it does NOT seem like it belongs underneath another fabric as a smoother tank. Maybe it needs more spandex plus be made of a thinner material to fit appropriately like a shaper. It isn't a "clean" smooth fit.
