These pants are wonderful! I purchased two pair, one black and one brown. Ordered the regular seam in medium. The weight of the fabric is great for at least three seasons here; and they are extremely comfortable. I will mix and match with the beautiful tops I purchased in the SG line and plan to enjoy for years to come. Thanks Susan!

I like the fabric of these pants and the color sapphire which is really a dark navy to my surprise. However. the sizing is inconsistent with other SG pants I have ordered in the past. Also the pants I received are NOT wide leg as advertised. You can see the difference in the leg widths when you watch the video online. One model as well as Susan's pants look more like straight leg pants while the 2nd model looks like her pants are wide leg! Even the presentation shows the inconsistency. My goodness what's with that? It is so disappointing not to mention expensive and a waste of time to keep getting items that are not trustworthy upon receipt of them.

Pants seam came apart on all 3 pair of pants that I bought. I'm disappointed because they are very comfortable. Paying $171 for 3 pair of pants and you have to re sew. Unfortunately before realizing they were busting at the seam I ordered my mother 3 pair as well. That a lot of money to spend on ill crafted pants.

I would disagree with the previous review. I too own liquid knit pants which I wear every week and have 3 colors. I have been wanting to get away from the 'shiny' look. These pants do the trick. They are slinky like the liquid knit, have a great feel, don't show the lumps and bumps, and I bought a chiffon tunic that glides easily over these pants. The only reason why I did not give them a 5 star, is that they are a little low in the rise. For elastic waist pants I prefer a little higher rise as you then can adjust them a bit based on the height of shoe heels you wear. These sit right at/below the belly button. Susan, if you read these reviews please consider raising the rise of the pants just a bit. Thanks.

The cut is fine, but the fabric is horrid. It looks fine until you get out in natural light, and then the ugly underlying sheen shows up. Also, tops don't glide over it as they do with liquid knit.
