Susan Graver Butterknit Short Sleeve Polo Shirt is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 11.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from another butterknit winner! I love SG's butterknit pieces. They are easy wear, easy care, hold color nicely, great for travel. They don't wrinkle, cling, stretch, fade, pill, or shrink. They can be hand washed in a hotel room & hang to dry/wear the next day. This top I purchased for golfing & the arm length is nice, the length of the top is nice & the white tipping on the collar just adds a little style. You can't beat the price, similar tops in a golf shop are alot more money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Classic!!!! Saw an old photo of me in a red cotton Izod polo. I haven't worn polos for quite awhile but recently lost weight and thought I'd try these. I ordered usual Graver size in Medium, all 5 colors. I usually don't get many colors like this, but this is a classic, never goes out of style, fits well in all the right places. I like the fabric better than my old cotton Polo. Colors look fresh and won't wrinkle or fade. The collar makes the piece with the pop of white and the fabric that can stand up. The snaps with the contrasting white keep it fresh. My husband likes the way I look in it. Butterknit fabric is not heavy or hot, any thinner and it wouldn't work with the style. Love it!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this shirt. The fit and quality are outstanding. I wish I had found this shirt before I purchased others at the big department store that after a few washings now look like a garage sale find. In my job, I cannot wear sleeveless and the job is too physical to wear long sleeve during the summer, so this fits the bill perfectly. But a long sleeve version would be great for winter. Is that possible?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just Say No to Micrococcus I've seen butterknit mentioned often but must not own any otherwise I would not have purchased this shirt. I tried on a LTSV, so the price was right, and it didn't have all the embellishments that I hate. The fabric reminds me of the most horrendous fake dri-fit that I have seen in some active wear. It is a true breading ground for Micrococcus which is a stink you just can't eliminate out of polyester. Butterknit also traps all the heat so you sweat more. I almost immediately began to sweat when I put this on. There was nothing "cooling" about this fabric. I don't know what the awful polyester of the 70's was like but this can't be too far off from that. Needless to say, I will stay clear of butterknit in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So glad I purchased This is a great shirt. I ordered a M and in D and C. I ususally wear a large but went according to the measurements provided and it is a perfect fit, Does not cling in the front over my heavier parts. This was a true value, If the sleeves were longer, it would be even better. This is my first butter knit but will be back for more, I like collars on my tops so this was a good choice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great polo This is the third shirt I've gotten of this style, and obviously I love it! Love the butterknit and the fact that the sleeves aren't too short. Great to take while travelling because it doesn't wrinkle. My only complaint is that I feel it's too expensive, as most of Susan's items are. Please consider a lower price point.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from size? I ordered this in my usual SG XL, when I took it out of the packaging I thought there must be a mistake, it looked like a small or medium - had to check the label and it said XL so I thought maybe it was a stretchy material but no, got it half way on and took it off - it's going back. I used to love SG clothes especially her embellished tee tops, had so many and loved them. I don't see them anymore and all I see is the butterknit and liquid knit which does nothing for me, too clingy and shows all my midriff bulges, not a pretty sight. Hopefully this will be the year I get those bulges smoothed out, maybe then I can wear these thin clingy materials...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT T-SHIRT Good for golfing and casual work wear. Its lightweight yet a good fabric that wont wear out soon. I rarely give five stars, but it is really hard to find a good quality polo t-shirt, especially if you are a plus size! The golfing brands are way more expensive and do not have large sizes! So 5 stars to Ms Graver, pls bring more colors.
