What a joke... You need to be a Member of the "geek Squad" at Best Buy to operate this tablet! Because the instructions are a BIG JOKE! I am fairly knowledgable about computers but this one is definitley not one that is user friendly in any way shape or form! It's going back ASAP! 01-06-14
Did not work Couldn't wait to get this. I was so excited when I received what a big disappointment did not work kept freezing up. So returned. 03-22-13
Constantly freezing I received this tablet and could not wait to get it set up. Nice looking tablet, screen is a nice size and colors good, but to my surprise the first time i tried to work this tablet it immediately froze up and could not reset for over 30 minutes. After that the tablet would constantly freeze and when it did work it was extremely slow. Sent this back and reordered another one not sure if the one I had was just defective or if this is just way it handles. Researched for other tablets this time on internet and ended buying one of the top 5 tablets in reviews, but not an IPAD, hope when I receive it the new model will work much better than this tablet!!!!!!!!!!!! 03-19-13
SuperSonic Tablet 9"WIFi I like the size and price. Instructions and booklet were not helpful for me. 03-16-13
Sadly Disappointed I received this tablet on March 4, 2013. The tablet features overall are not bad - a little slow - but not bad. The problem I have had is that the connectivity range with Wi-Fi is extremely poor. If I remain within 10 feet of my router the tablet connects like a dream but, any further away than that and it is does not connect at all. I have had other tablets that do not have this problem and I've been able to go anywhere in my house and still stay connected to the internet through Wi-Fi. I'm seriously considering returning the tablet because of this problem. If I have to stay next to my router in order to connect to the internet, it kind of defeats the purpose of having a tablet. 03-06-13
