I order this product 2 years ago and it been broke ever since then, it was a waste of money.

terrible shut down unable to use any longer and company will not respond. would never purchase any other product from this company. from other reviews appears company is bankrupt. i hope qvc will not sell any other products from pandigital

RETURNING TO QVC TODAY
THE COMPANY WILL NOT HELP YOU, THEY WENT BANKRUPT AND THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE. THE INNER PART WHERE YOU CONNECT THE CHARGER BROKE OFF INSIDE AND I AM NOT ABLE TO CHARGE. THE PRODUCT WAS NEVER DROPPED OR ABUSED AND DIDN'T EVEN RECIEVE THE BASIC WEAR AND TEAR BECAUSE I RARELY USED IT DUE TO ALL THE PROBLEMS. AFTER THIS HAPPENED I READ THE REVIEWS AND FOUND OUT I WAS NOT THE ONLY ONE AND CALLED QVC TO RETURN RIGHT AWAY! QVC HAS BEEN WONDERFUL OVER THE YEARS BUT I HAVE SEEN IN THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS THAT QUALITY CONTROL HAS GONE OUT THE WINDOW!

not good workmenship
I have had 2(two) of these returned first on and received another now this on is broke. I have had a google table in the house for twice as long as this and its still working fine

bad charger
i had twice now the little pin inside on tablet broke off.. so it is unable to be charged.

READ THE FINE PRINT(ALL REVIEWS)
SO WHERE SHOULD I BEGIN? WELL IT WAS DEC OF 2011, I DECIDED TO PURCHASE THIS TABLET FOR MYSELF. SO I DID JUST SO. FIVE MONTHS LATER YES OF 2012, YOU GUESSED IT, IT FROZE UP AND YES I HAD TO SEND IT IN TO PANDIGITAL AND PAY FOR THE SHIPPING. AND YES THEY SONT A REFURBISHED ONE BACK IN PLACE OF FIXING MY ORIGINAL ONE. WELL NOW IT IS FEBRUARY OF 2013 AND IT HAS FROZEN AND WILL NOT TAKE CHARGE. THANK GOD I WAS THINGING @ THE TIME OF PURCHASE I PURCHASED THE THREE YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY SO SQUARE TRADE WILL TAKE CARE OF REPAIRING IT OR SENDING ME A REFUND CHECK. SO WHEN IT HAPPENS BEST BELIEVE I WILL BE BACK TO GIVE MY RESULTS WITH THAT, SO FAR NOT A HAPPY CAMPER :(

Pandigital went Bankrupt
I purchased this in Dec. 2011 and a few months later we had problems with the charger plug connection. QVC would have took it back but we wanted it fixed. I called Pandigital and made arrangements to ship it back to them. They had it by the first of September . I have called several times and was told I would get an e-mail with shipping information in a couple of weeks. Pandigital is now bankrupt and under another name.
Yesterday I learned that they have so many SuperNova's in the warehouse and if I don't get one of those I lost my Pandigital SuperNova and almost $200. QVC said since I did not have my device there was nothing they could do. They gave me the information on the new buyer of Pandigital Company but it was a dead end. Thanks for trying QVC.

Pandigital...poor, poor products!
I purchased in December 2011 for my daughter and it worked OK, it would loose wi-fi connection regularly and freeze, it simply worked best offline, but it was not many things that my teenager wanted to do offline. Anyway after about 5 months we could not get the tablet to charge or even turn back on. Prior to purchaing the SuperNova, I had previously purchased another Pandigital product that was still working OK when I ordered the SuperNova in December 2011, this was the only reason I choose to purchase another Pandigital product inspite of the many 1 star reviews. Needless to say that a few months or so after I purchased the SuperNova, the first Pandigital product I purchased just quit! I would not recommend anyone buy Pandigital products. I wish I would have known that I could have sent the SuperNova DLX back after the 30 days, for a full credit refund to QVC as another customer mentioned. Both Pandigital products purchased turned out to be a complete waste of money. However, QVC is awesome!!! Pandigital products are just poor!

QVC WILL TAKE BACK
Went through 3 of these things. Same problem. The connector for the charger broke inside the tablet. The last time I called Pandigital and was told they were in bankruptcy and too bad I lose. Called QVC and explained my problem and was told if I was still within the 1 year warranty period they would take it back and give me a complete refund. Fortunately I was and they took it back and gave me a full refund. They even paid for return shipping. My unit was 3 days from being out of warranty. QVC IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!

OMG
Freaking out now after i have read some of the reviews, i have ordered 2 one is the Pandigital Supernova R80B451 8-Inch Tablet (Black Brushed Metal) $ 199.95, and the other one is for my wife, its the Pandigital SuperNova 8 Capacitive Touch Android Tablet - R80B400. $209.95, both new.
I sure hope they work the way they are supposed to. .Had no idea Pandigital had shut down, wish there was a law that states if a company shuts down, no store can sell the remaining inventory from said company. thought i would do my home work this time and research reviews from others who had owned these, and everyone wrote in and said they were good, so i ordered these.....come to QVC and see all these reviews, and wanted to cry, thanks for this new info Guys\Gals, hope everything works out for everyone.

Not Worth The Money or Time
I purchased the Pandigital SuperNova Dec.2011 for my daughter and it has worked off and on since. Somedays it would turn on and work and freeze. Placed on charger and has never turned back on again, I called Pandigital for a replacement and the first call I made the rep Lamont was super nice and wanted to do whatever he could to help me. Took all the information, advised me that I needed to send in proof of purchase and they would email me with the address to send old one back and they would send a replacement. HAHAHA I called the same number and got Robert who off gate advised me that the company was completely out of business and that there was no one to stand behind the product and therfore there would be no need to proceed with information nor should I send the product back because they would not be replacing it. This is unacceptable to me and as I sit here and read the other reviews others are in the same boat. MY SUGGESTION TO QVC......DO NOT SELL PANDIGITAL PRODUCTS!!!!

I didn't even want to give ONE star!!
This tablet is junk!!! Same as everyone else.. stopped charging.. only "I" sent my unit back to the company hoping for a replacment. Come to find out, the company is BANKRUPT and has been since July 2012!!!! So I was told in Sept to send the unit back to them and a new one would be sent out.. guess what? it's 12/12 and I still have NOTHING!! They have my money and my unit.. I have nothing for the $200 plus i paid for this.... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PANDIGITAL!! STEER CLEAR OF ANYTHING THIS COMPANY IS SELLING..
