Great heating pad!
This heating pad is perfect because you can change the settings to automatically turn off after 2 hours or leave it on until you decide to turn it off. That's a great feature for those of us who tend to doze off when the heat relaxes you after you use it. I recommend this to anyone who has tired or achy muscles.

Very high quality heating pad. I use it to warm my feet in bed at night. It auto shuts off. I put it under the fitted sheet. Love it,

Bad Plug Connection
I hate to have to write a bad review about this product but I purchased two of them and they both do the same thing: the plug connection comes out with too little ease...so it's not like I got a lemon between the two of them; they BOTH come unplugged too easy...I will say the heating pad works good but we're most likely going to have to wrap the plug with packing or duct tape to keep them from coming unplugged; we can't return them since it took awhile to figure out that it would be a constant issue...has to be something wrong with the design...so for that alone, I would NOT recommend this heating pad.

Great value
I have had this heating pad for well over a year and I have not had any problems. Works great to this day. I only use this on the lowest couple heating settings because the heat in this is great and sufficient for what I need. Keeps it’s shape and doesn’t ‘bunch up’ like some heating pads i’ve purchased in the past. Great value for the price.

POOR QUALITY!!!! BEWARE!
Purchased this heating pad 2 times already. Works for a month or so and then doesn't work shortly after. Sad to say its a bit pricey for an item that I have only received a months use out of each time. I get the F feature which means fail and there's no resetting it. It's non-working after that message on screen. Very highly priced heating pad that DOESN'T LAST.
