Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Do not waste your money on this item. Like some of the others mine quit on the first use and I was using it in my flower beds which is very soft dirt. Guess it will go in the trash where it belonged in the first place.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not happy We used this in our raised garden, it burnt up after one use, the soil is not hard by any means, got a replacement but was told if we don't have very fluffy soil it won't work , that's not told in the demonstration, so it hangs in garage don't buy

Rated 3 out of 5 by from disappointed When i first started running this tiller I thought it was going to e wonderful. But about fifteen minutes of use it started acting up. Would work then stop and keeps doing this. Really saddened as it is the ideal weight and size for my use. Going to try it once more and if it stops will have to return it ////7 that I will regret.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't work If you have a raised bed with loose soil and no rocks, this might be for you. I I was so excited to be able to till up my flower beds which are on each side of my front door; I got out my heavy duty orange 100' extension cord (per instructions), put on the safety goggles, added 4 bags of soil to each bed and started the tiller. At first it was just like the demo, mixing up all the soil, but, as I got deeper into the old soil a small rock got stuck in the tines, no biggie, I shut it off and removed the rock. After about 10-15 minutes of use I could smell heat and shut it down.It doesn't work in my real world, good luck in yours.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Only Worked On Loose Dirt This did not work on solid dirt. We tried dry dirt, after the rain dirt, nothing. We ended up breaking the dirt up with shovels-long and very hard work. Once the dirt was loose, we tried to use it again. It worked better with loosened dirt so we used it to break down some of the clumps & add in the soil amendments. It was basically useless to us. There is not enough weight in the unit to push it down into the dirt- it just danced across the top. Would not purchase again nor would I gift this item. I guess I should have realized that the demo showing garden soil in a man made box REALLY does not simulate a yard in any stretch of the imagination. My husband is still laughing at me.
