This comes out quite well when baked in a toaster or regular oven, but much better on a rack than sheet. The chicken gets crispy all around on a rack over pan method, instead of soggy on the bottom when laid directly on foil or cookie sheet.
The flavor is very good, although still not as good freshly made, rather than frozen. Have not tried it deep fried, maybe that might be a way to go for a moister chicken.
