I just started to use this product. I love it! I clean houses for a living. I read that several people had streaks. No matters what kind of product you use, even vinegar & water. I found that to be true. Well, in bathrooms when you have lights over the mirrors, the lights heat up the mirrors and that causes streaks no matter what. Turn off the light to cool the mirrors first or clean the mirrors first before you turn on the lights. Don't clean windows or car windows in the hot sunlight. Clean windows when its a "gray" day. Cars, clean in garage or shade. Hope this helps someone. And yes, it is cheaper in the dollar stores.

Cheaper at Dollar General
This product is AWESOME, yes it is, BUT, you can buy a can of it at Dollar General for 3 dollars. In WV anyway. I do LOVE the product!!!

I CAN SEE OUT MY WINDOWS!
STONER IS THE BEST GLASS CLEANER. I WILL NEVER BUY THAT SMELLY BLUE STUFF AGAIN. NO STREAKS, CLEANS PERFECTLY AND SO EASY TO USE. DRIVES ME CRAZY WHEN MY WINDOWS ARE DIRTY. I DON'T FEEL LIKE THEY GET AS DIRTY WHEN I USE THE STONER GLASS CLEANER. I REALLY LIKE THIS PRODUCT A LOT.

STREAKS, STREAKS & more STREAKS
This products DOES NOT WORK. I've tried EVERYTHING!
Don't waste your money! It only works under the HOT
studio lights. HUGE disappointment.

would rate excellent except...
Spray cleaner is great; wipes and popups are not. The wipes and popups have no "juice" and are not worth the money. If the configuration were changed and just the spray sold separately and for a less expensive price I would definitely recommend to friends but as is can't do so. Either fix the wipes and pullups and offer freebies to prove the improvement or stop offering them and reduce the price or stop offering the producr at all. It currently does not live up to the quality, value, customer service motto of QVC.

GREAT PRODUCT
This kit is wonderful. Thought that it would take awhile to go through, however, it is so great that we look for glass and windows to clean.Time for more!!!

The Spray Is THE Best
Love, love the spray! Makes everything shine. The lens and cleaning cloths..well, they are on the dry side, leaves lint and just not worth it. Please, please make a kit with just the spray and cleaning cloths. Now, that would be wonderful.! I would get that on auto shipment.

Lens wipes
The product is good but the lens wipes were dry and did a lousy job cleaning, I called Stones direct and they sent replacements that work really wel, It appears that the ones from QVC were old or not stored properly. I called Customer Services and informed them of the problem and they were going to let management know.

Not Happy
I don't know what I'm doing wrong! I can't get rid of the streaks! I would put up with the smell if I could get streak free windows!!

This is the best glass cleaner ever. I was sold when I saw how great a job the cleaner worked on my antique mirror. I had tried for years to get the mirror clean and had no success until I used Stoner Invisible glass cleaner. Also works great on stainless steel and glass stove tops

This is no better and no worse than many other products on the market. I would like it much better had it not all those little packets of dry towelettes. They are worthless.
