This is the second time I cooked one of these stuffed flounder filets, and it is just as good as the first time. They are very generous in size and have a great taste. The freshness is wonderful, even though they have been frozen for awhile. Will buy again.

I ordered this as a gift for a friend that lives out of my residential area. He enjoyed it very much and would order it again!

I COOKED IT IN THE MICROWAVE OVEN JUST LIKE IT SAID. WHEN THE TIME WAS UP, THE INSIDES WERE STILL FROZEN. I COOKED IT ANOTHER 2 MINUTES, HOPING THAT THIS WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. THE INSIDE WAS STILL ONLY AT 120 DEGREES. COOKED IT SOME MORE, NOW THE INSIDE WAS COLD, THE FISH WAS WAY OVER COOKED, DRIED OUT AND TOUGH.
FOR THIS AMOUNT OF MONEY I EXPECTED STUFFED FISH PERFECT.
WHAT A LET DOWN.

I am not a fish eater. I actually only eat fried catfish. This was a good fish dish. It was filling and flavorful. I will order again.

We cooked the flounder by the package instructions. The flounder over-cooked and the filling was mushy. We completely thawed the flounder and laid out the fish flat in a buttered dish and them topped the flounder with the filling. The flounder was a little better but the filling was still mushy and bland. Would not buy again.

I always hesitate to buy seafood from tv or the internet because you never really know what you're going to get unless you can see it at the market. I took a chance on this product and I am SO glad I did! Absolutely delicious! The flounder is flaky and tender and doesn't have that icky overly strong fishy taste that can dominate and ruin the meal. The stuffing is moist and keeps the flounder moist as it bakes. After I took it out of the oven I drizzled a little melted butter over it just for a little added flavor and juiciness. It was a scrumptious meal and I won't hesitate to buy it again!

Flounder needs some kind of sauce as it is rather dry and tasteless. However, the stuffing is delicious. It arrived frozen and I defrosted and baked the time the recipe stated.
