JMH Jewellery Sterling Silver Amethyst and Citrine Ring
So happy I purchased this one. The fit is spot on. This piece has a nice weight and is extremely comfortable. Yes, the amethysts are really tiny, but the Citrine stones are a nice size. All of the stones are nicely saturated with color. Great value! Would recommend in a heartbeat.
This is such a nice design. Modern but with history. Amethyst is my birthstone
and citrine is my favorite stone. Fit is comfortable, size is right on. My friend
saw mine and wants to order one also. I'm glad I ordered this and took the
chance. Well worth the money!!!
Not as good as picture
I looked at this ring a long time & noted the mixed reviews.Wanted to love it but my ring had pale stones. It was interesting the way it is not symmetrical, that was not an issue for me.Was flat and comfortable.Just did not think it was worth the price for how washed out it looked.
Very cute but...
This ring is very cute and stylish. Not very expensive looking but nice. However, I looked close at it and I see a blatant imperfection. There is a brown spot near the citrine stone. Not easy to see but I found it. I guess they thought my old eyes wouldn't spot it but I did. I am assuming that not all of the rings have this imperfection. Returning it.
The silver presence is really nice with the lovely positioning of the small stones in the middle. I do not find them too small, as some stated. In fact they complement the intricate silver design that surrounds them. I had confidence in buying a piece of JMH Jewellery, as I had bought a gorgeous JMH necklace in Ireland recently. The workmanship on both pieces is top-notch. Don't hesitate to buy this ring. At this price, it's a steal!
It looks pretty much just like the picture, only more interesting because the stylized trinity knots make little stems and leaves for the citrine "flowers." You're getting a good bit of silver and four nicely colored, clear stones for a reasonable price. And you're supporting Ireland's jewelry trade. I looked at this thing for months before I bought it, and I'm glad I finally did.
I was a bit worried about ordering this after reading some negative reviews about stone size and color but am glad I ignored them and bought it anyway. Yes, the stones are small but no smaller than I expected based on the pictures. I think the color is fine...maybe a bit paler than the photos depict but still very beautiful and definitely pop out when wearing the right color shirt with it. The only issue I had at first but am now ok with is the sterling silver oval is not symmetrical. One side is much thinner than the other (in the picture it's the right side). You can see it in the picture if you are looking for it. I think of it like a crescent moon now and think it adds an even more unique twist to the ring but anyone with OCD about symmetry will likely have a problem with it.
Did not care much for this one
For this kind of money, I would have thought one might get something with the tiny gemstones having a little more saturation in the color department. Design is good and also unique, but I find it to be just a bit too long. And a word of warning: don't expect to be able to see the citrine stones unless you are really looking for them. I do some work with loose gemstones and these are just about as poor a quality of citrine that you are likely to find.
Love! Love! Love!
I love the beautiful gems, the shiny silver and the celtic design. Looks great and well worth the price.
I love the ring. It is asymmetrical and highly polished. Sits very low and long from nuckle to nuckle. Bought it for the combination of stones being mine and my mothers birthstones.
A little disappointed
I have had my eye on this ring for a while because it has the birth stones of my two children and the celtic knot...and what are the odds of finding all three in one ring? I saw the clearance price and ordered it. I was disappointed when I opened the package because the ring is larger than I would have like....it goes from my middle knuckle to my bottom knuckle, which is too much ring for me. The stones are small and not very bright, and the width of the silver in the oval portion is not symmetrical...it is thicker on one side than the other and that bothers me. I am keeping it just because of what I mentioned in my first sentence.
Pretty ring, but the Amethyst is so small can hardly see them. Bought this because it has 2 of my Granddaugthers (they are sisters) birthstones in it. But the small stones has me on the fence about keeping it.
