Rated 2 out of 5 by dissapointed I have been looking for a black spinel for quite a while. Loved the low profile so I could wear at work. Usually love all my purchases but after wearing maybe five times I noticed that the bottom of the X are not stones and are colored silver. The worst part is that the black has worn off probably because that is where is rubs against your other fingers. I dislike returning because you pay $10 to have nothing. 07-17-16
Rated 3 out of 5 by Didn't lay right This ring is very pretty. Stones were nice and the sterling is nice and thick but it just didn't lay right on my hand. The ends of the X stuck out from my finger awkwardly Sadly returned.. 02-06-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love It! This is my favorite ring. If I put the ring in one way it fits one hand and putting it on the other direction fits my other hand. Perfect. 01-22-16
Rated 2 out of 5 by Poor workmanship-not substantial enough First, I appreciate QVC offering these trendy designs in precious metal and real gemstones. I had tried a similar diamond ring on in a department store, and liked it but did not want to spend so much on a trendy ring in diamonds. I knew QVC offered a diamonique ring in this design (J296664) but I usually prefer real gems. When I saw this ring I thought it looked similar but more substantial than the diamonique version. It is not. I suspect it is the same mold used to make the setting on this ring--if not it looks very similar to that one in the video. So, if you look at the video for that you may get a better idea of what this looks like on the hand since there is no video for this. It also looks like a stone is missing from the first rose gold diamonique ring they put on the mandrel in that video. I had to return my ring because one of the tiny spinels was missing in the center when I received it. I don't believe the prongs or metal is substantial enough on this piece. It is a great concept to offer this design in an affordable option of real gems and sterling silver, but I think the setting should have been slightly more substantial. The design fits true to size or slightly larger due to the open nature and very thin metal work. The ring seemed a bit wider to me than the online picture, I guess because of the angle from which it was photographed. It is a very delicate ring with very small stones. I didn't see much sparkle coming from the spinels on the one I received, which may have been a return since it came in a yellow envelope (instead of the regular brown ones QVC usually uses). 01-12-16
