Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Equipment! Great Price! I put this together myself (57 year old woman) and it was very easy! It took about an hour. I am really impressed at the quality of this $100.00 piece of gym equipment! The seat is large and slides very smoothly on the track and the tension bar is easy to adjust. It is light enough to stand on end for storage against a wall or in a closet. the monitor works well and counts time and reps.I purchased this because I have to keep my back muscles in shape due to a ruptured L5 that I have always used physical therapy to keep it in line. I am over weight but the machine supports me very well. I love the Large foot supports. My only downfall is that it is low to the ground and if it was elevated about 4" more it would be perfect but I just set it next to a table so I can hold on when getting off the machine. I use it every other day for strength training and I am up to 50 rows per set in less than 2 weeks!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It seems to be a nice Machine I thought the #1 setting would be a little less pressure and easier to work so My wife could use it. We are in Our mid to late seventy but it is just to hard For Her. I can use it

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Almost There I purchased this rower a few months ago and for the price, it's a pretty good rower. I put it together myself and it was fairly easy. Good tension control which is challenging and that's a plus. Now the cons: this rower squeaks like nobody's business. I've oiled, oiled and oiled but to no avail. No matter where I applied the oil, squeak. I start to row: squeak. It's like having a mouse sitting on my lap as I row. It would be great to use this in the wee hour of the morn but I don't for fear of disturbing neighbors. Hence, three starts instead of 4 or 5.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My New Inspiration I have just started using my ImMotion rower but with just s few days use I love the machine. It is easy to put together, easy to use, very sturdy and I think and hope it will help me get to where I wanted to be.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Have to Send it Back It took me a while to put this together but finally got it set up thinking it looked like just what I needed. I need to build up my legs and arms. The arm movement was fine and also worked my core I kept slipping off the seat even on low power. I weigh 105. The description said it had 5 power settings but only the low and high worked - the notches were too shallow to hold on the middle settings. As far as the leg work out I guess I'm too short, 5', to get much leg action. I called to complain about the power settings and the rep said the machine must be defective and to send it back. Still working on taking it apart to box up. I was really disappointment. If the adjustment to power worked and it had a way to adjust for height-it would have been perfect. Compact and very small footprint compared to most work out equipment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great all around fitness! I've had the rower for a few months and I love it. It gives me a great cardio workout as well as helps me build and tone muscles. It takes up a small amount of space and easy to move. It's the best piece of fitness equipment I have purchased. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
