Stamina Elliptical Compact Trainer is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 58.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good alternative to a full size elliptical. Have a full size elliptical but almost impossible to move and store. This is perfect to use anywhere even on a patio. Even can use while sitting and still work up a sweat and increase heart rate. Does take getting use to while standing but you can hold on to a chair for support if needed. Gave 4 stars because it's cumbersome and heavy to lift but still highly recommend instead of buying full size equipment.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from incredibly compact and effective as a couple approaching our 80's, we were looking for a device to replace our older elliptical trainer which has served us for the past 10 years - this is the perfect size and cost - it takes a little while to become accustomed to the motion and to stabilize efforts to get the results but its worth the effort

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Compact Greatness! This little powerhouse of an exercise machine is awesome! Small enough to keep in the living room and no noise at all so can use it while watching TV/movies. Really works the thighs and if you can keep going the cardio kicks in too. It didn't take long at all to get the balance part down but a chair back until then was an easy helper. I LOVE this dual purpose (standing/sitting), inexpensive exercise machine!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I feel better! I have been using this product for about 5 weeks now. I use it at work, both sitting and standing. I have a fairly inexpensive adjustable standing desk add-on unit from Monoprice that sits on top of a regular desk. I can raise it to standing mode or lower it back down for sitting mode. If you are looking for an affordable way to turn your office into a place to exercise, the combination of the Compact Strider and a standing desk converter is a good way to go. My preferred configuration is standing up and pedaling on the Strider almost non-stop throughout the day. I was shocked at how quickly I took to this, because I’m traditionally lazy and hate exercise. At the same time, though, I was becoming conscious of how sedentary I was at work all day. Standing up and exercising on the Strider not only burns calories, it keeps the blood flowing to my brain and makes me sharper and more productive. I just feel better and I have more fun. And I don’t have to go anywhere or do anything special to get some exercise! Perfect! I am about 6’2” and over 200 lbs. and I have had no issues with the construction of the Compact Strider even when standing on it most of the day. It feels extremely well-built. It did start to get squeaky after a couple of weeks, but I was able to remedy that by slightly loosening or tightening a bolt on one of the wheels using the included tools. Some days, I’m just not feeling the standing configuration, like when I had a cold one week. It is great to be able to sit down and pedal, keep my blood flowing and not feel like a lump. I have long legs so it’s a little tricky to get myself positioned so that I’m not banging my knees into the edge of the desk, but it works. I love this thing and I feel like it was a bargain. I plan to get another one for my apartment to use during binge watching sessions!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to set up and portable I am a disabled person with limited space to work out. This is a small, portable machine that is very easy to put together. I just did it in less than 10 minutes, and I look forward to using it.
