I purchased the Service Contract to cover the Tracfone I purchased as a TSV. I am returning the Tracfone, cannot get it to work after numerous communications with the Tracfone Tech Department, both via phone and online via text. Tracfone reset my PIN then the phone refused to accept it. I"M going back to Verizon, at least they have stores that can help the customer.

so its 10/3/2016 I have spent over and hour calling square trade! first call held 15 mins finally decide to have a rep call me back. wait another 15 mins. a rep calls me back and ask some questions than says he needs to transfer me. no warm transfer just puts me back into the automated system to continue to hold. I chose the option on the system to be called back after I held for another 15 mins. I am waiting no call back as of yet. but simply put I purchased this warranty thru qvc if I had have known I would have to call all morning and speak to oversees agents I would not have purchased.

A waste of time and money. Paid for frustration and aggravation even the customer service reps couldn.t help. The product I purchased ceased to work one year and three months after purchase. Eight calls later NOTHING is resolved. Samsung Galaxy stardust
smartphone IS NOT! I regret purchasing BOTH items.

QVC please update your website to show that the "square trade warranty" contract is sent thru email and not UPS or USPS. I am giving 4 stars only because I have not had the need to use the warranty yet, so no problems so far.
I have also emailed this to QVC in the contact QVC section of website.

I bought the phone for my wife because I liked mine alot.I called the activation number and within twenty minutes she was using the phone.It is easy to use and has more features on it than I will use.

I unfortunately had to use my warranty. I was extremely happy with the results. The 2 Kurio's I purchased were damaged so I called Square Trade. I gave them my QVC order #, emailed them a copy of my receipt, received the shipping labels and dropped them off at FedEx. I expected to get my refund once the boxes were received by Square Trade but NO!! The money (full purchase price) is already in my PayPall account today!!!!!
Thank you QVC for offering the service and thanks to Square Trade for doing what you say you will do and a little more. I will use this service again!!
