QVC please update your website to show that the "square trade warranty" contract is sent thru email and not UPS or USPS. I am giving 4 stars only because I have not had the need to use the warranty yet, so no problems so far.
I have also emailed this to QVC in the contact QVC section of website.

I bought the phone for my wife because I liked mine alot.I called the activation number and within twenty minutes she was using the phone.It is easy to use and has more features on it than I will use.

I unfortunately had to use my warranty. I was extremely happy with the results. The 2 Kurio's I purchased were damaged so I called Square Trade. I gave them my QVC order #, emailed them a copy of my receipt, received the shipping labels and dropped them off at FedEx. I expected to get my refund once the boxes were received by Square Trade but NO!! The money (full purchase price) is already in my PayPall account today!!!!!
Thank you QVC for offering the service and thanks to Square Trade for doing what you say you will do and a little more. I will use this service again!!

This purchase was worth every penny for the peace of mind it provides. It wasacompagion purchase to a smartphone for my great-nephew's 13th birthday. He's ALL BOY so the phone will need to be durable and the additional protection gives his mother and I some peace of mind!

I love the phone and the numbers and everything are a little bigger that makes it easy to use. Still having trouble getting the promotional 12 hundred minutes. I do not know what i am doing wrong but i will continue to try to get promotional minites
