The Service Contract covers 100% of parts and labor, with no deductibles. And if the item can't be repaired, the full item price will be paid out to you.

And filing a claim is so easy: just download a prepaid shipping label and use free Express shipping to SquareTrade's depot. Your item and claim are then verified, and SquareTrade fixes the item or pays the cost to replace it in a matter of days.

With ADH coverage, you're protected from failures caused by accidents from handling (ADH), such as drops, spills, liquid damage, and other accidents during use.

Upon purchase of this 3-year Service Contract for Laptops $700 to $800, you will be mailed a paper contract separately from the item. The service contract will also be permanently stored in your My Warranties section on SquareTrade's website, and you can manage your service contract online. Rated 5 out of 5 by Outstanding I purchase SquareTrade for everything I can. My granddaughters iPod have fallen and broke at least 2 times, they fixed it every time, with no problems. My Kindle stopped working, I sent it to them and received a check for what I paid for it 2 years old. I sing Square Trades praises. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. This purchase has not arrived even though it said it was shipped on 11/3/13. that being said , Squaretrade i love, it just payed for my new laptop there was no problem they could not fix it so they send a check for the full amount and returned my hard drive.I had it for over a year and dropped it, i had a check within 10 days. 11-16-13
Rated 3 out of 5 by still in progress I reported my computer problem, after only a year the computer will not boot up. The Dell laptop has the antivirus and protection package that came as part of the package. Reporting to square trade was easy. However, I had to find my receipt and go through a process of sending before service. QVC had sent an invoice with the product that did not include purchase price etc. When I registered the product with Square Trade that is when the receipt should have been requested not over a year later. Store receipts have disappearing ink. Fortunately, I had purchased the laptop from QVC so I was able to print the receipt from the QVC site. After uploading the receipt, I received an email from Suaretrade with a solution to the problem. Hopefully the solution will work and my computer will be restored. The email took three days from the time I sent in the receipt. 10-05-13
