I purchased this for my almost 11 yr old grandson. He thinks it's cool but that's all he's said about it. This is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

best gift to myself
i own this and as a adult i enjoy this very much. it works with me as i'm a paranormal investigator we have this tool on hand. i woulld give this item as a piece of equuipment that is fun and serious.LOVE IT!!!!

Never worked!
We had the first version of this and it worked for about a year. This one never worked, not for one minute! Unfortunately, my son tore the box open on Xmas and box was thrown out with the wrapping paper. Save your money. Could not get it to charge, total waste of money. It was like throwing $50 out the window!

NO BATTERY OR BAD BATTERY
She was so dissappointed at Christmas. Number one, this is for ages under 8 not over 8. And the battery doesn't last. She had to keep it plugged in constantly and then I asked her to spy. She held her arm behind her back with me right in front of her, yelling my secrets (so to speak) and when asked to listen, My voice was so faint that I could barely hear myself with the device against my ear! The only good thing about this watch is the pictures in the dark. When the battery goes dead, again, you have to reset the time all over again. She was resetting the time constantly. She didn't want to tell me her present was bad. I learned by interacting with her and the watch. She knows computers inside and out, 12 yrs old, has a pandigital, smartphone and knew how to work this watch instantly. No battery or little battery life is more like defective. BACK it went. Sorry QVC; I love all your products but this was not good.

Amazing Spy watch
Bought these for my 11 and 10 yr old grandsons. What a hit! They were easy to use and they both took awesome videos Christmas morning. Sure did get my money's worth - seem very well made. They'll have lots of fun with them to come. Thanks. I love watching QVC for new and innovative toys.

Do Not Waste Your Money!
This is completely worthless. A disappointed child on Christmas day! This item will not charge and will not work at all. Customer service is completely unavailable and as of Christmas day their website has been crashed. SO............ this is going back!

SO MUCH FUN!
Me and my younger sister both received this for Christmas and we love it! It is so much fun and has so many features that every time I pick it up I am discovering something new about it! I also think it is so cool that you can hook it up to your computer and download all the pics, videos, ect. off the watch and then get new missions! The manual is easy to understand and makes it very easy to use the watch. This is a really cool toy. :)

Great Buy for Kids!!
This item is a GREAT BUY for any kid wanting to have serious fun. The products software is really nice, the sounds its makes and things it can do or cool. The Night Vision is CLEAR AND FANTASTIC for about 30 feet! My 10 yr old LOVES it. The shell/ body of the product isn't that durable, I think the company put more money into the capability & quality of software and night vision, rather than durability... fine with me.

Christmas Hit
I ordered this spy watch to give to my 12 & 13 year old grandsons. They had so much fun with them on Christmas Eve that I felt I already had my money's worth out of them. Thank you QVC for making Christmas special.

Happy as a spy
My 9 yr old got this as a Christmas gift and she loves it! She got this up and running very quickly and is having a great time. There has been no issues.
