Rated 4 out of 5 by 10 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good I followed the advice of the other reviewer's and went down a size, for me this was a mistake. Maybe if you're in the bottom of the two sizes you should go down one but if you are the top of the two sizes they will be too short. The package says you can trim them, no one mentioned this in their reviews. I reordered the correct size till they come I am using the small ones and they are comfortable but they slide around in my shoes. 08-28-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by Comfortable I wear a 7 shoe but I ordered a size 1 (I sized down 1 size) and they fit well and the arch support is good. I have a high arch. 01-29-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by Spenco for Her Total Support Full LengthInsoles I hear these are great, but what is it with the small sizes. I wear a 10, shoe, but I 'd try a 9 support Will you be getting in some larger sizes. It's us older folks, who have the unhealthy feet, on average. Waiting to hear from you. Thank You 10-08-15
Rated 1 out of 5 by Sizing WAY off I used the guide to order the size as I wear anywhere from a 6.5 to a 7.5 depending on the style of shoe and brand; so I chose the "2" which is 7-8 I did not think the "1" for size 5-6 would be correct as that in my opinion would have been way too small, guess again, I guess that is the one I should have ordered so I can not comment on any real qualities on the product only that their size chart is WAY off. 08-05-15
Rated 1 out of 5 by I think the sizing is off! I ordered a pair and according to the size guide I did it correctly based on my shoe size. When I pulled them out of the box they looked really big compared to my shoes but I tried them anyway. No matter what pair of shoes I tried them in they were way too long! I'm afraid if I go down to the next smaller size they will be too small. Needless to say I'm disappointed and sending them back. Going to give the Vionics a try and see if they fit better. 07-19-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by Spenco is the best!!! I have purchased many things over the years, like most people. But I have to say that if your feet hurt-----it shows everyplace else(if you know what I mean). I am a true 10 so I ordered the 3"s the first time---they are perfect for running shoes and such. I then wanted to pair them down for dressier shoes like my Dansko, Born, Skechers, Alegria, and such. They fit perfect in all those shoes---even in mules(you can hardly see them---only really if someone was staring at the backs of your feet. I am a BELIEVER!!!! I also think for 31.00 with shipping they have to be one of the cheaper ones out there also. Custom orthotics when I went to the foot doctor would have been 455.00----non refundable the Doc. said also. I will be ordering a pair every month now---so I don't have to switch them out so much. 04-10-15
Rated 4 out of 5 by Shoe Size for Insoles is Off I purchased a size 3 because my shoe size is 9.5 and their to long. I would recommend going down 1 size. Will re-order in a 2 and give the size 3 to my Mom. 09-16-14
Rated 5 out of 5 by These are the one! YEP! These are the ones that work best! I have a high arch but not super high & some of the other arch supports & even arch supported shoes actually hurt, their support area is to high. I pulled the insole of my walking shoes out & put the Spenco arch supports in & have had HAPPY FEET all week. You feel the arch support under your arch but it is not pushing against the arch & after about 20 minutes everything warms up all together & you forget the support is there. If you have a high arch but not super high, try these you will be happy. I have ordered another pair. 09-22-13
