Spenco Orthotic Leather Slip-on Shoes - Siesta is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 24.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Comfortable but added a heel pad. Back of my heels were sore. Better after adding a pad to the pair. Will be hesitant to buy another pair for this reason. Footbed was great and love their sandals.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Knee Relief I am a mid 30's middle school teacher. I spend my days on my feet on a hard concrete floor or running up and down the hallways to get a quick restroom break. I wore sneakers for many years but lately I have searched for a nicer shoe that is more professional. As I have gotten older my knees have started to ache and my feet swell by the end of the day. Also, I probably weigh a little more than I should so weight plus knees equals fatigue. I saw the presentation and really liked what the doctor had to say. He's definitely on to something. I normally wear an 8.5 W, but 8 was perfect in this shoe. The toe box is nice and wide to accommodate for days when my feet are achy or as they swell. I like how the extra support near the top of my foot feels. These shoes with some compression socks make for a fantastic day. I would really recommend these to you if you teach, if you have knee issues, or really just want a comfortable shoe. I ordered the brown/tan color, it's very nice in person. I plan to order another color tonight.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable and cute I love the rounded toe, and huge toe box on this shoe! There is a dome on the footbed, metatorsal?....it takes getting used to, but you do get used to it, and it's supposed to align everything better. Not sure I believe that, but what the heck. These are a winner...glad I took a chance. I gave it a 4 star because the description says that the upper is leather/manmade. I'd like to know what part is man-made? The shoe looks manmade to me, and not leather. I am a size 8 and I bought an 8...it's a roomy shoe but I'm sure a size 7 would have been too small.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Orthotic Shoes Unfortunately the shoes didn't fit to size as stated (they run about a half size larger and are much too wide. Also, they are supposed to be orthotics and they made not only my arches hurt, but my heels and Achilles tendon hurt. I'm not so sure what is orthotic about them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not my favorite shoe I purchased this shoe a few months ago and just recently wore them for an afternoon. When I first put them on, I felt a bit of discomfort in my right heel which I assumed was the usual discomfort I get when wearing this type of shoe, i.e., 'sneaker' type back as my ankle to heel area is quite short. Felt comfortable enough while I was wearing them; however, even today, one month after wearing them that one time, I still have a 'scab' on the site of original discomfort! This scab goes quite deep and I am wary of wearing these shoes again. There is a seam that feels a bit 'hard' just where the problem occurred. I will stick with Orthoheels from now on - always are comfortable and never give me any kind of discomfort. I just wanted a pair of shoes that were good for walking and running errands in the Fall and Spring. The Orthoheels offered at the time I purchased these were sandals, and I have plenty of those. I also have Spenco sandals purchased a couple of years ago that I use as house slippers in the summer - I love these sandals and they are wearing so well, will probably get a third year out of them!. Thank you ...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous shoe; very supportive I just ordered my third pair, I am an 8 with a narrow heel. The sizing is consistent for me. While they aren't really super cute, I get constant compliments on them; probably from other women with bad feet. I have 2 pairs of black and ordered Bordeaux today. They mold to your feet after awhile, so be patient with them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Shoes!!! I've had several foot surgeries that left me with raised scars and abnormalities, making it difficult to wear a comfortable shoe. These flats are great! I don't even need my Dr. purchased orthotics. Thank you much Spenco. More wide toe'd shoes would be greatly appreciated.....

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not comfortable The arch support in these shoes just felt weird and uncomfortable. I'm used to Vionics support, and this shoe has a bubble type support in the middle of the shoe. The look of the shoe is okay--kind of like men's house shoes. I could take the look of the shoe, but it is just not comfortable.
