I do agree with other reviewers that it does hold me in but I spent an evening running to the bathroom to roll it back up. I bought my correct size large but it kept rolling down. When I walked, sat down or just standing talking to people. Thought I would give it a second try on Christmas Eve and as soon as I was dressed it happened again. Off it came because there was no way I was spending an evening playing with it. I was thinking of getting a cami but I need to think about it. These are way too expensive and than to pay to ship back. No thank you!

it does the job i bought it in black i need to get it in nude and white now.
it holds my tummy in.
its so tight i might be damaging ribs lol but oh well all for the price of beauty lol

Not Worth the Price
My first time buying Spanx and I won't try it again. I decided to try medium compression and the fabric was so thin I put my nail through it the first time I put them on. I could also see through them - they were shear and didn't hold me at all. Maybe the high compresson garments work better, but after spending $50 on these, I am not going to bother trying.

Love This!
This works on the area I want most to hold in plus it also makes my bad back feel oh, so firmly tightened. I actually look forward to putting this particular item on. I also like the fact that it's easier off and on than the longer-legged Spanx. It's really just what I needed for my mid-section.

Not worth the money
For $50, this product is not worth the money. I was excited to see the Spanx brand, but this panty does not hold you in at all.
It does not slide down though, which is good, but as far as even a tad bit slimming, I don't think so.

what a waste of money
I have ordered many spanx products and not 1 has been anything but annoying to wear. These roll down constantly. Can't look good while they roll down and cause a lump where they stop rolling. I am a size 4-6, not a huge girl, ordered the medium and wound up taking them off half way thru the day. They do hold you in when they stay put. If you do't mind fussing with your underwear all day, then these are for you. I will not waste aymore money on Spanx

It Works!!
I purchased this for my son's wedding last weekend. I could not tell that it did anything for me, HOWEVER, I wore it anyway. I received so many comments about how I looked like I had lost weight, that I knew it was doing the job. I was so comfortable, did not even know I was wearing it, and obviously it worked !!

Love it
I love this panty; however, I've had mine for a while and it seems to be losing some of its elasticity - I wash in cold water and hang to dry. I need to replace it, but the medium is only available in black. I wear the one I have all the time, so I'm sure I've worn it out!!

Love My Spanx
When I first got this panty, I did not think there was anyway the 1X was going to fit me, but when I put it on I found out that it did fit, it was comfortable and it did the job of holding in my tummy and smoothing out my shape under my clothes. I would recommend this panty to anyone who is wanting a smoother look under their clothing. If you are used to how original Spanx fit, this will seem very loose to you, but I don't always want that kind of fit, so this is perfect for more casual clothing. I wear an XL to 1X size and the 1X was fine.

Much too tight
I normally wear a 1X, so I ordered this in a 2X but could not get it above my knees. I can't believe this panty is sized for a plus size person. Going back.

Very Comfortable!
I wanted to look slimmer than I am for my son's wedding. Maybe I should have ordered down to hold me in more, but I wanted to look good but also be comfortable. This was easy to put on and pull down when needed. I am long waisted, but the garment still reached up to my bra and I had no problem with it rolling down. It stayed where I put it. The panty area is thick enough to wear without any other undergarment. Besides being very comfortable and smoothing me out, it also was a physical reminder for me to suck my tummy in and to watch my posture. The garment was not hot. Very happy with this purchase.
