Spanx hide and seek
I ordered true to size and it fit perfect on me. I would recommend it for someone who is trying to trim down just a bit of back fat or muffin top. I like how the bust fits and the best part is I don't have to wear a bra in the summer. I haven't wore it all day yet but I can only hope it fits the same all day, I guess I'll find out. I wear it tucked into my pants and so far it stays put. It isn't heavy duty but it helps a lot.

Disappointed
It rides up and has to be pulled down constantly. I wouldn't mind that so much if it actually did what it's supposed to do but it doesn't! Not worth 60 plus dollars, will be returned!!

Rolling Rolling Rolling
When I received item and tried it on I was like wow, I'm loving this but I wore it for the first time to the ballet and had to go to ladies room 3 times to pull it down. Too much fuss!! I will keep how ever, maybe it will work better with pants.

Sizing Problem
I ordered an XL because the site said to size up. It was too large so I sent it back and was charged $6 and change for the return shipping. I exchanged it for a Large and maybe I should have gone for a medium because I don't notice any difference wearing or not wearing the camisole. It is comfortable to wear and clothes don't cling to it but I don't see it holding anything in or smoothing it out! I'm not sending it back again because I'm not paying another shipping charge and I'm done ordering from QVC.

wrong fit advice
I think this product could have been a 5 star. The fabric was nice and light. I sized up as advised and it did nothing for me. The front was held in okay but it did nothing for my back. If in a much smaller size, maybe a different story. I sent it back. But I still love the Q.

Waste of Money
I will sending this item back. It has almost no support and I'm not that heavy. It was tantamount to putting on a tee shirt. I really expected more from this brand. So disappointed.

did not like item, didnot do as stated.
did not care for item, it did not do what it was suppose to do. So I returned it. Will try something else later. It did not fit my top at all. Did not stop any rolls I have.

Disappointing
I really like the style of this cami but I will be returning because I feel it doesn't do anything to smooth back fat or muffin top. Spanx needs to offer something between medium compression and super duper compression.

Flattens the chest
I like the material and fit of this top, however it totally flattens out the bust. I don't need that part flattened out!

This is a nice camisole. However, if you are over 20 pounds over weight, it is not strong enough to sleek your back fat.
I do like the fact that it is longer and thus, covers the belly and holds that in a bit.
I would recommend, but not if you are over 20 lbs over, like me.

Snug-a-ble Cami
Really like this Camisole...the fit is perfectly snug just where you need it most! I did have an issue I didn't see in the other reviews? The stitching around the armhole rubs so badly, I developed a rash by the end of the day. Of course I'm trying to overlook the problem because I like it so much! But don't think its worth the pain! Thats the reason for only the three stars! But it is an absolutely delightful fit otherwise! Perhaps mine is defective! Don't hesitate in purchasing! You could always send it back!
