I purchased this product approx. 8 months ago. I was amazed at the price but the quality is equally amazing! I've tried other OTC brands that were just O.K. I figured for the Easy Pay price it was worth the risk. OMG...I don't know why some of the other reviews are so bad but I if anyone is on the fence give it a shot. Mine is still going strong. It fits my mouth perfectly and because of the size & shape I can get around the sides and back of my molars.

Disappointed
Purchased sonic lean 3000 toothbrush a few months ago and wasn’t expecting much because of the price but I was expecting more than I got. I’ve had $ 7.00 throw away non-rechargeable toothbrushes purchased from discount stores last longer. A Couple to three weeks ago after using it only twice a day the head broke off and I would’ve just written it off if I hadn’t read about so many other people having the same problem, don’t want another one and I wouldn’t recommend one to anybody, Spend a little more and get a good one stay away from these.

Strange noise
I did not realize this toothbrush makes a noise like a siren while you are brushing. I didn't hear it do that during the demonstration. I would return it but, unfortunately, it's been over 30 days.

Feels very cheap
I own a Philips Sonicare which I love but the replacement brushes are very expensive so thought for this price with so many brushes included I would give it a try. First thing I noticed was how lightweight it is which to me indicates it is very cheaply made. I could live with that for the savings and 2 year warranty. What I didn't like was how the brush felt on my teeth. The bristles felt short and compact and actually hurt my teeth on high even though I don't have sensitive teeth. I was going to give it time to be fair but after reading reviews on it failing to work and the companies' policy for returns I think I will probably not keep. Thanks to the reviewer for letting us know "Brush Buddies" customer service is lacking.

Disappointed in product and its company
Brought this product on Jan. 21, 2017. When I first received it, it worked great. I've previously owned a Philips Sonicare and this product worked similar to it. I was happy. But after 4 months of of use, it suddenly stopped working. Since it was way past the QVC return policy of 30 days, I called the company, Brush Buddies to get a replacement (product comes with a 2 year warranty). The first customer service person was very apologetic and took my information. I was told the person who handles the warranties, Beatrice, wasn't in until the following week and would call be back in a week to let me know how to do this return to get my replacement. Two weeks later no call from the company, so I called them. That was my first indicator of what type of company Brush Buddies is. Finally got a hold of "Beatrice" after several attempts of calling and leaving messages. She sent me the info needed and to my surprise, I am to responsible to pay for the shipping cost (to send back) of their defective product! I was livid! This is the first time I've ever had to pay for the shipping cost of product that was defective. My advice is save your money and don't buy this product! It'll end up costing you more in the end. And who knows how long the replacement will last. Very dissatisfied with this purchase and the company Brush Buddies.

Can you say clean>?
Wow do my teeth feel clean; just like when I first come from the dentist after he cleans them. Yes it is much lighter than my more expensive sonic toothbrush but those replacement heads cost $27 every couple of months. It also holds a charge for over a week making it portable when you travel without taking the charger along. I'm glad I purchased and would recommend to anyone who wants that just cleaned feeling every day! Also and excellent value.
