Mixed feelings
I purchased two of these lanterns and was very excited to get them. The one works great but the second failed to light at all even after charging for three days in the AZ sun. I am returning the one lantern and would not purchase a Solithia again.

Nice Lantern
I was a little surprised by the bad reviews. I have had mine since summer and it is still working great and is nice and bright. I love mine. I would recommend getiing it and at least give it a fair chance mine is great. If you don't like it or have problems you can always return it but if yours works as good as mine does you wont want to return it.

Very poor product
I have several solar fixtures in my yard. This lantern is sturdy and attractive, however the performance is horrible. I set it out to charge as instructed it only worked for about a week. After that time it produced absolutely no light.

Solar vs Batteries -
I ordered two of these Solithia Solar Lanterns about two months ago. The reason being....I was sick and tired of buying batteries all of the time. After reading all of the negative reviews I was hesitate to purchase them, but decided to give them a try anyways. My review: Don't hesitate whatsoever! I don't understand why so many other people were giving so many negative responses towards these Lanterns because I love them. Their gorgeous! Every single night at dusk they automatically come on and stay on until the break of morn. I placed them in the back entrance of my summer beach home and enjoy them every night.

A waste
This only lasted a month. Too late to return but very disappointing

Disappointed
Ordered two and they worked fine. So, I ordered two more. Then the timer went on one lantern and used the "on" position. Then the candle would not work at all-sent it back.
Now the second latern won't work--will be returning to QVC. I have two from the second shipment that are still working. Every night I look outside to make sure I see the glow of the candle. It is unfortunate because they are of nice quality and gives you a couiple different display options. I am keeping my fingers crossed on the remaining two.

Won't Work
This may be a top purchase on QVC Germany, but mine did not work and I sent it back! Set it out to charge as directed and it worked if I manually turned it on, but would not work with timer. I played with it for a week, but still would not work without manually turning it on.

Worst Purchase from QVC
I am a constant shopper of QVC. I buy most of my items here. This is the worst item I have ever purchased from QVC. I bought 3 lanterns and couldn't wait to get them. They are so attractive looking. Only one of the lanterns works. I charged the other two per the directions and even changed the batteries (using the correct type of batteries indicated on the directions) and nothing. I am so disappointed.

So Sad......
I purchased one and it was great. I decided to get 2 more because the lantern was so charming. Unfortunately, I wasn't as lucky. One lit for one night and the other never lit. I hated to have to return them but I don't want to waste my money on 2 cute lanterns that don't work. So sad.
