Rated 5 out of 5 by LOVE THIS !!! I love this snow blower!! I was worried it wouldn't work as well as it did on air, but it did! As a 5' tall 60 year old single woman this blower was so easy to put together and use. First time I used it we got about 7" of snow and this went right through it. I did my sidewalks , front walkway and driveway in about 20 minutes. As a person who hates when it snows I found myself hoping it would snow again so I could use this again. Even worked good in heavy wet snow, just took it a little slower. Thanks to this machine I won't be dreading winter so much anymore!!! 03-05-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by pleasantly surprised I ordered this because I wanted a blower that I could handle......without gas, starting issues etc. My husband was skeptical. We got a snowfall, he tried it out and was impressed! Im sure it couldn't handle a 30 inch snow, but it did a very nice job. Just a little worried abut instructions saying never let battery run out, so do you have to check battery throughout the year??? 02-24-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by SO HAPPY I had my teen age daughter assemble. She did it in less than 10 minutes without much guidance from the instructions and said it was a "breeze" I used it to plow the driveway and it worked fantastic (although my neighbor used his big blower to do half my driveway) I did the other half of it in about 10 minutes. My first time ever using a blower and it was FUN! Easy to start and I love the lever that allows me to change the direction of the snow. It is powerful so it blew the snow on my house... but that was until I could figure it out! 02-22-16
Rated 4 out of 5 by Yes I am so happy with this product because shoveling a driveway and a walkway was no fun at all but snow joe came and saved the day. Its easy to assemble and easy to use....i even let my 5 year old do part of the driveway....awesome purchase and I'm very happy. Next time i will add a video. 02-16-16

Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this snowblower! I ordered this snowblower after the last huge snowstorm on the east coast. I was worried I wouldn't have another chance to use it this year, but put it together and charged the battery anyway. I was able to try it out this morning! 6 inches of snow and this machine was fantastic. I was able to clear my driveway and sidewalk within 10 minutes! It would have taken me hours to shovel by myself. I am a single woman and I appreciate being able to do things on my own, but appreciate something being easy even more! Thanks so much! 02-15-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by It Finally Snowed and I Don't Mind! I live in a suburb of Buffalo, N.Y. and despite the snow jokes, we haven't seen much this year where I live. My dad gave us his huge heavy duty snowblower last year, as he has a plow guy now. Not only is it too hard to pull the cord to start it, but it's so heavy it is too hard for me to control. I needed something that both I and my husband could just use when it snows, without it being a big project, filling the gas, pulling the cord, steering the unit and manually spinning the chute. When I saw this product come on QVC last month, I figured we had nothing to lose. It's snowing at the rate of two inches an hour right now. I went out earlier and plowed the 50 ft. driveway, two walkways and the sidewalk in about 15 minutes! About two hours later I did it again. There's still 1/2 a charge left to do it again tonight. With the 30 day love it or return it, I have nothing to lose. Plus, it has an extended 3 year warranty from Snow Joe-a company that makes my pole chain saw-which I love! It's not cheap to buy this product, but our backs are worth a lot more, so I consider it well worth the investment. If it comes back in stock, get yourself one too!!! 02-12-16
Rated 4 out of 5 by Used It For Winter Storm Jonas: Survey Says... Just dealt with the biggest snowfall ever in my town. I live right outside DC. We received 32" of snow. And I used my SnowJoe as the primary snow removal tool. First, I stayed on top of the falling snow by making passes down my drive way and walk way every 4 hrs. This made one of the biggest blizzards manageable. There was a stint in between where the snow changed over to a sleet mix. The SnowJoe still worked but not as good. The wet and heavier snow would clog the spout. I had to make two passes when this happened. Secondly the SnowJoe is not good for the snow bank that piles up at the end of your driveway that your county plows. But what I did find out, albeit it wasn't until I was almost finished, was that shoveling the height down of the bank to about 4" made the SnowJoe very useful. Lastly do not wait until the snow freezes overnight. I did so on my deck and the consistency of the snow makes it impossible for the SnowJoe to break it up and send it through the shoot. The Snow Joe Shovel looks perfect for decks, and there's no hassle of carrying it around as opposed to a snow blower. (I'll have to ask around different forums though before I buy it). Although the snow blower is surprisingly light. The light on the handle, came in handy during the middle of the night. The quietness of the unit made it possible to do so. For the normal snows we get in the DC region, anywhere from an 1-6 inches at a time, the SnowJoe works great for me. For wet snows, you will still need your shovel though. And don't the let snow sit for the day only to freeze over night. It'll make its removal a nightmare. And buy another battery. While the battery charge was sufficient for every pass, it was about to run out of juice every pass I finished. So if my driveway was just a bit longer, the battery would need recharging before it could finish the job. I have a 15' driveway and a 5' walkway. The battery was able to clear both all in one charge, albeit barely. All in all it works as advertised. Very lightweight, easy maintenance, push the battery in, hit start and you're off. I can hang mine on my garage wall when I'm done too. 01-26-16
