Sleep Number QSeries 5.1 SK or FlexTop Mattress Set w/ ADAT & Adj Base is rated 2.5 out of 5 by 6.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Most uncomfortable bed This is the most uncomfortable bed I have ever purchased. It feels like you are sleeping on a piece of cardboard no matter what setting you have the mattress on. We purchased it to help with my husbands breathing problems and it is actually causing other issues to prevent him from sleeping. When you raise the headboard he slowly slides down and the split king mattress doesn't give him room to move around without falling in the crack. You have to climb on the bed to get the twin sheets on. This was a total waste of a lot of money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No Padding We went from a Sleep-Number-QSeries-Limited-Edition-SK-Adjustable to this bed because we got tired of falling into the middle on the Split King. We thought "WOW a Flextop at QVC ! ". Boy are we disappointed. My husband said when putting the bed together, "What happened ! " The mattress is like sleeping on an air mattress compared to what we had with the Limited Edition Split King. Our Limited Edition Split King was comparable to a i10, and we paid more for this bed. I had to adjust my sleep number ridiculously high to feel support. QVC please get comparable mattresses in the FlexTop in the Limited Edition. Sleep Number does have Flextop Kings i10(s) on-line. We are going to have to return the bed AGAIN. This bed has little to no foam padding (1 inch). Unless you like sleeping on thin mattresses, I don't recommend this bed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Our second bed We purchased a queen Sleep Number Bed many years ago. Last year, we purchased the king sized (dual twin) bed and are completely thrilled with it. Both from QVC! Because of an accident a couple of years ago, my husband is in an electric wheelchair now. He also suffers from Parkinson's Disease and is finding getting in and out of bed to be a challenge sometimes. We had considered purchasing a hospital bed, but his 6' 5" body just wouldn't fit. We were already accustomed to the Sleep Number bed, and find the dual controls to be wonderful. We can each adjust our own bed, while still sleeping together. We ordered a "swoop arm" king sized headboard to help keep the mattresses together better. I hope this suggestion helps the person who is having this problem. We did, too. Our suggestion to anyone who is having difficulty adjusting to the bed, just give it time. You'll find your ideal number!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No customer service I'm really not happy with Sleep Number. I purchased two sleep number beds. Having an issue with one bed sliding off one side. Their solution is to put rug grips on the bed! Really grips on the bed. Going around with customer service they said the beds we bought doesn't have the new and improved bolts to hold it in place. So I'm stuck with a defective item and they do not care. This is not the "gold member service" that I was lead to believe they had. I'm not putting grips/clamps on bed that's is totally uncalled for. I'm really disappointed at Sleep Number!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We Heart Adj Base,... Have 8 Sleep Numbers Our family has 8 Sleep Number beds and could not be happier. The models just keep getting better and better. Our first one lasted 21 years (my husband is a sleep number 100 and I am a 35, prior to Sleep Number we went through two expensive mattresses in two years). Our children had them growing up and of course now as adults wouldn't sleep on anything else. I highly recommend the Duel Temp cooling/heating topper from the Sleep Number store or website. We have the split king and it is soon nice to turn on "Antarctica" 15 minutes before bed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not sold I took a chance on this bed but once we got all the boxes and started putting it all together I was seeing how little there was to the so called mattress. I woke up every morning in pain and could not fall asleep on this matress I was always worried if it would pop or break or the pump would go bad. For the amount we paid I didn't think it was worth it a glorified air mattress. But the other side I really did love the feature of the flex top and moving the head and feet up that was cool just the matress didn't do it for me ☹️️ But to each their own right
