Rated 5 out of 5 by MeeTwo EXCELLENT SNOW BOOTS!
Yes, these take a little getting used to. At first they seem stiff and a little tight in the toe area. But hang in there, they do become more comfortable the more you wear them and they do an excellent job of protecting you from the elements. I have worn these in 8"+ of snow, through slush, over ice and in below freezing temps. They kept my feet warm in over two hours of trudging through snow in the park and on city streets. My feet did not hurt afterwards and they provide pretty good support. I had another pair from Spring Step that was supposed to be waterproof and broke down after a few uses. My feet got soaked. I had these still in the box, a little afraid to use them because they did seem so hard and inflexible even though they fit. So I put them on and hit the streets after the Spring Step pair failed and voila, these were wonderful. And super cute! I highly recommend them. One caveat, if you have wide feet, they will probably not work for you. I can wear medium and sometimes get wide. These were a little tight in one foot but did stretch over time.

Spent the day shoveling due to an Ohio blizzard. Boy did these come in handy! I ordered these 1/2 size up and thick socks are perfect! They are comfortable, cute, and very warm!

Initially boots felt bulky and uncomfortable, but wore them for a full day and got my stride in these. Both warm and comfortable doing my errands around town on a rainy cold day. I did size up a 1/2 size. I have a narrow foot and they did fine, just lace tightly. This is a boot not a shoe, so do not expect it to feel like skecher sneakers.

on way back, boot is not true to size (wear 8 1/2) way too short!!!! and not comfortable
I have narrow foot was hard to even get on.

I really liked these boots - felt good when I tried them on - BUT - I have a narrow heel and these boots just rode up and down on my heel. Will be returning them - but would recommend them to anyone with an average foot. Size was perfect - felt warm - just the heel being too big for my foot prevents me from keeping them.
Rated 1 out of 5 by kraft Cute, but so uncomfortable.
Skechers needs to go back to the drawing board on this one. I adore their shoes normally, but these are extremely uncomfortable. No padding and the toe box curves up in a very un-natural position. So sad, because they are super cute and would be a useful addition to the shoe wardrobe, but going back!

Great to look at on the shelf. Don't plan on wearing them. Stiff is not enough to describe how uncomfortable they are. VERY DISAPPOINTED in Sketchers for putting their name on this. Sent mine back. You can't WALk in them. Just Sooooo unhappy with such a great band name. BB

I thought that these boots would be nice when we got colder weather but I couldn't even get my foot in the foot bed of the boot and if you have to fight to get something on then it's not worth it . These boots are going back needless to say

I was really looking forward to receiving these lovely boots. They would be perfect for snowy wet days. Opened the box today and ordered two sizes to try. The larger size is wayyyy to narrow in the toes. The toes are basically on top of each other. I think people who purchase Skechers shoes will be very unhappy with the fit of these boots. They seemed to be of nice quality but they are going back and no wide size is available- I don't even own any wide shows but would have tried it. Do not order.

Very Heavy. Very stiff. Could not even move my foot or bend it to walk! NOT like other Sketchers I own and love and wear every day!?

I received them today. No snowy weather now, so I'll have to wait to see how they do in the extreme cold and snow. However, I have had Thinsulate lined boots before and they have been VERY warm. I sized a 1/2 size up and they seem to be fine. I usually size up with boots. They are nice looking as well. I really like them!
