Rated 1 out of 5 by from T-Mobile Customer Service Sucks Well! Didn't ever believe I'd have to be writing a reveiw on this phone. Here it goes....... My previous phone was a Tracfone, however I got tired of spending hundreds of $$$$$$ on purchasing of talk,texting and data.. So, when hearing the introduction of this LG Smart phone and it having unlimited talk, texting and data for $60 a month after the initial promotion. So far so good to this phone. Now the real fun starts ....... My previous Tracfone had 2k talk,15k texting and used all the data; when calling to see if anything could be worked out about the unused texting, was told they couldn't transfer or give some kind of credit. I used up all my talk minutes and was ready to start using 'My New Smartphone'. Calling the customer services with the Tracfone Company is a complete joke to say the least about this plan. First, they completely do not understand different situations, they will only go by what's on their little screen. Instead of asking you to hold a moment, they need to go into this dissertation of placing you on hold. Even QVC wasn't much help getting anywhere with getting the issue corrected, even though the phone was purchased through them. They don't have anything to do with the plan, sending you back to Simple Mobile. Someone with QVC needs to really, really start working with Transfone to get people who understand the English language and not this stilted broken English. I'm at a roadblock - have all my information on the new phone and don't have the plan purchased with the phone. Simple Mobile will not work with me to get this issue corrected. Those on the waitlist option for this phone, may really want to read the reviews first or take your chances. As this was a new product, there were no reviews at the time and was quite surprised at all the negative statements made regarding this phone.. Going to call one more time to see if this could be worked out with Simple Mobile. Just very disappointed, as the phone is just the next level from where I was on paying for minutes every month.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The worst experience with a cell phone EVER Too bad it's impossible to rate with negative stars. I purchased this on 8/10 and I still do not have a working phone. First it was activated improperly. Then it was discovered that I had to get a new SIM card. It took two weeks and four Simple Mobile representatives to finally send one to me. THEN it was discovered by them that the phone was defective and could not be unlocked. Simple Mobile then said I would get a replacement in SEVEN TO TEN business days. Four days later I receive a box with a return envelope enclosed stating that they will not ship out the phone until they receive my old one (this was never mentioned in any of the phone conversations). I receive the phone (now it's October) and the box is stamped "Refurbished, 1 year limited warranty." I call there quite annoyed. Initially they tell me that I'm incorrect, that it's a new phone. After 15 minutes on hold, they return and let me know that they ONLY send refurbished phones. At this point I am beyond through with them. PLEASE do not purchase anything that is associated with Trac phone or Simple Mobil or you will subsequently be on medication for high blood pressure!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality Phone- regretful purchase I bought this phone expecting a full quality phone, and have been extremely disappointed and unhappy with it. When I make a call from this phone, you can barely hear my voice. It sounds like I'm down in a well or a hole. My voice is garbled, and it echoes back to me. I would not recommend this phone to anyone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Can't have an Ipad on the same program You can switch your phone number over to this phone, but you cannot have your Ipad on the same program. That means you still have to have to have another service for the tablet. Lots of talking about the "greatness" of no contract etc. but did not talk about the short comings. Why didn't you just mention that instead of my having to pay for the shipping both ways? Be honest and transparent and people will be able to trust your presentations. People without tablets would still choose to buy this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Product and Service I purchased this product with the expectation of having a quality phone and good network connectivity. While the phone features performed adequately the design was not to my liking. it's too thin to handle comfortably. I would rather have a phone that firmly fits in in my hand. The network service from Simple Mobile is poor at best. The signal strength is weak, one bar or less on a continuous basis causing the inability to make or receive calls. I have had far more incomplete call connections and disconnects than completed calls. Very disappointed. I think QVC missed the boat on this one.
