Rated 5 out of 5 by from My kid loves it Got it sooner than expected. Very heavy for two young men to lift. But it was worth it. Both young men comment on just bow comfy this bed is. Im actually here looking for another one so both can have the same mattress type, but alas! They are no longer available

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very comfy mattress, but very heavy I got this mattress last Nov 2016 and it is still holding out very well. The mattress topper on this bed is incredibly soft and comfortable. Yet it is firm, probably because of the coils underneath. Now to the problem with the coils. The coils make this mattress extremely heavy to lift. This thing weighs something like around 75 or 100 lbs. I absolutely could not get it in the house by myself. My girlfriend's husband had to bring it up my stairs and into my house for me. And I was able to drag it into my bedroom, but it was hard to maneuver and get on my platform base. So it's not a female-friendly mattress. And now I absolutely dread changing my sheets, because this mattress is so heavy to lift even to put the sheets on. And I have a hard time finding sheets to fit this mattress exactly. I don't know why every sheet set I buy is either too loose or too snug. I have not found a perfect sheet set yet. I gave it a rating of 4 stars, because it's just that comfortable. I thought I would need my feather bed topper on it, but I don't need it. I did start off using my feather bed topper on it, but it made it extremely too high as the mattress by itself is about 13 inches. So it was definitely hard getting sheets on with the feather bed topper. So I took it off and was pleasantly surprised to find the mattress was very comfortable without the topper. In fact, I would not have known how comfortable it really was, if it wasn't for the feather bed topper making it hard to get the sheets on it and so I removed the feather bed topper. Anyway I do love the comfort and design and style of the mattress. The bamboo is extremely nice and comfortable to sleep on. But as another reviewer stated, the fabric does tend to make you hot. Unfortunately I am a night sweater at times, but I keep my fan on and I use a light spread. So I'm usually okay and it doesn't interrupt my sleeping. But as I stated prior, the comfort of the bed makes it worth it to own for me. But I do dread changing those sheets. LOL

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very nice, but some suggestions to manuf. I've had the bed for five months now and it's nice. It is definitely a very firm mattress, for those who are expecting something softer. For me, it works, but I would probably want medium firm in the future. What I would suggest to the manuf. is an option of bamboo fill vs. foam for the topper. I'm not a big foam person and definitely noticed it is hotter than my prior mattress, which was silk/wool covered and which had natural fill vs. foam. If you are cold frequently, then this would work for you. If you tend to be warm, like I do, then it can get a bit warm in the summer, which is what I was concerned about. I keep a fan on blowing over my lower legs to help keep me cool in summer anyhow and that does help. I will say that the foam is very comfy to sink into and you don't feel the coils at all. but I always question how long foam will last. As for that durability, it's been good so far. I like the individually wrapped coils and definitely notice the other side of the bed doesn't move when I do, which is great. If you want a guest bed or a bed that you will probably have a few years without a huge investment, this would work well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Surprised We bought this to replace a mattress in our campping trailer. I was really not sure of buying a mattress in a box, but it solved the problem of getting it easily inside the trailer and the price was great. It slept heavenly! We were truly amazed and delighted. The customer service girl I talked to told me I'd like because she'd talked to several customers who loved it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from HORRIBLE!! The bed is ABSOLUTELY NOT worth the money. My son had this bed for 3 days and he sat down on it to play his game and all of the boards on the corner broke!! He is lucky if he weighs 120 lbs. so weight is not an issue as to why it broke.
