Worth the money
Great cookbook, instructions are easy to.understand ( I don't cook very often).
The pitchers are pretty. Already recommended this cookbook to.friends and family.
I like this book EXCEPT for that she uses items that contain ingredients that are not healthy for you, so it kind of goes against what you are trying to do in a sense. But for me I just change it to something healthier and I am all set. Good recipes :)
I cannot begin to tell you how very valuable this cookbook is! My husband and I have lost so much weight simply by cooking Marlene's recipes! We don't feel punished
I love both of her books. This one doesn't have as many recipes as the first one, but the ones that it does have are great! Really easy with only a few ingredients, nothing complicated. Good for a gifts.
splenda in many recipes
Not able to use Splenda in my diet, therefore this is not the cookbook for me.
So far every recipe I have tried in this book has been good. I use this cookbook more than any of my others, because we are trying to eat healthier. I hope Marlene comes out with another one.
I have tried more recipes from this book then any other cookbook I own. I love the fact that the recipes are not only low in fat & calories but also low in sodium. The ingredients are things I already have on hand , not things impossible to find & you'll never use again.
I cant say enough about all of the yummy recipes I make out of this book. Not too difficult and so tasty. You dont even know you are cutting fat and calories.
Highly recommend this book!!! I need more books like this!! Mongolian Beef was outta this world!!! All recipes are great, however, found some typos while making the recipes. All in all though a great book!!! Delicious recipes! Cooking from it tonight!!! :)
Have it -LOVE IT!
I purchased this a few months ago and have made about 40 recipes from it, everyone was a hit for my family. Put yourself on waitlist for it, it's worth the wait.
I have tried about 10 recipes in this book in the two weeks I have had it. Each one was excellent. The recipes are not complicated, although do require additional steps. The food is delicious and nutritious. I am looking forward to cooking my way through this book.
