Sharp AQUOS 70" Diag. 1080p LED/LCD 120Hz 3D HDTV w/ Internet Apps
The Sharp AQUOS, 70", is truly unbelievable.....The first movie I watched, was filmed on a ship, I called my son, (he is at college!) Told him, I felt like I was getting sea sick, and that is regular 2D. I can not even imagine the 3D. The installation, the internet apps, the ease of use. Words cannot express, how truly, unbelieveable, This Television is. The only negative, i have experienced with the tv, is the sound quality. I have spoken with several people who have new thin, televisions, (different brands), and all have had the same complaint, regarding the sound, all have invested in sound systems, to accompany there televisions, Which will be my next purchase. QVC, the flex pay, are top notch. I did have a small problem with my contact phone number, not getting updated, so the freight line, could not contact me, Finally, after several attempts with QVC, and actually contacting the correct person, the freight line contacted me with in the hour to schedule delivery.
If you are on the fence, as I was, researching which television, is the best investment for your money. You will not be disappointed. You will spend the next couple of weekends, staying in , and watching movies after receipt. Oh my gosh, and The sports, basketball, football, you can actually see the sweat drops. It feels like you could actually reach through the television, and touch people.
Screen White Bars, White Spots and Volume
Received this TV with an HDMI cable included. Found out that HDMI cable was causing the snowflake effect by replacing it with my HDMI cable from my previous TV. Still have the white bars across the top and bottom of the screen. Support told me to take pictures, etc. Find that frustrating. Agree with the other owner who indicated QVC should get involved and see what can be done about the repair and return policy aside from photos.
Also have issues with the volume. Sometimes it will stop working. Have to turn off and turn on the TV for it to reset.
Like the Smart features but just received it during the holidays so I do not have any further comments at this time.
I bought this T.V a couple of months ago. I love it. Picture is great. The only problem I have had is while watching it sometimes it makes a strange sound. You have to change the channel then change back then it sounds ok. Does anybody else have this problem.
Really poor service!
We bought this TV as a TSV and were excited to get it Tues. last week. We plugged it in and immediately got an inch wide black line through the screen. We have contacted tech support for Sharp and at their request have taken pictures of it, of the ID on the back of the TV, called and asked them to please fix it or replace it, so far nothing. I'm shocked we have paid this much for this TV and get zero for customer service. I know this isn't QVC's fault, but there should be some form of leverage they can hold on Sharp to stand up to the product we have bought through them. Very disappointing indeed.
I have had this tv for a month and I absolutely love it. It's great to lay back on my couch and watch sports, movies and play my games. Everything is so big, I have nothing negative today about this product and only wished I had an 80inch sharp tv that I could have purchased on here.
I have had this TV for three days now and I am still trying to find something negative...don't think it's going to happen!!! I love this TV!!
Sharp Aquos 70' LED/LCD
The picture is great. You have to find what mode the tv looks the best for you and the picture is adjustible to your preference. I was a liitle afraid to go with the bigger screen and I was not disapointed with the purchase. Haven't tried the 3-D yet, but I am sure it is awesome. Great value for this one! Shipped and in my home in 11 days.. Very satisfied with the purchase and the value pays offered.
