Shark Rotator Powered Lift-Away Deluxe is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Have 2 of these I love this vacuum. It has amazing suction! If I were the designer I would have put the cord on the opposite side with it facing downward because it does get worn out over a period of time. The first one I bought was from Lowe's, it was cheaper on here this time plus u get 5 easy pay option. This one I received within 2 days of ordering, when using it for the first time it stopped working, I am thinking it overheated and hoping it does not do it again. I have a Dyson as well and would pick the shark any day over the dyson.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor Color Availability for Replacement Parts I bought my vacuum in June of 2016 ...I was amazed at how well it performed, love the LED lights, they help see everything, awesome suction too. I have a Dyson Ball Multi Floor vacuum and an Electrolux upright. I love my Electrolux, I just don't like having to back up onto area carpets or lifting it to go over area rugs...plus it has no light. The Dyson works great, it's just not self propelled and no light...so on area rugs you find yourself doing all the push and pull work. This vacuum has it all, lights, suction, and ability to go from bare floor to carpet or area rugs with NO challenge what so ever. I use the other two for backup, because when you wash the filters you have to wait 24 hrs to dry before using, this way I'm never w/o a vac. Now with all that being said, I was doing my regular bi-monthly cleaning of the vac when I noticed the the bristles on the brush roller were broken down real short sporadically...which is strange bc I only use it on bare floors and area rugs. I do vacuum everyday, so it could be wear and tear, if so not impressed with durability of the brush, especially when I found out by calling Shark that they don't sell just a roller you have to buy the whole lower part of the vacuum, the brush housing. If your vac's manufacture warranty is out you'll have to cough up $89 plus tax and shipping and handling. If it's still under warranty cross your fingers that they have the same color you bought and that they still make that color. I bought a purple vacuum and they don't make the purple ones any more so they replaced it free of any charges because it is still under warranty, but I'm ending up with a blue and silver bottom connected to a purple top. I believe the vacuum is a good vacuum but Shark should be ready to back up a good vacuum with good customer service replacement options. 5 Star for quality and performance.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Cleaner This is the worst vacuum I have ever had. Sure it has a lot of attachments. But the suction stinks. And having to take the hose apart every month to take out the clog. Vacuums with bags are the best this hose is too long. I wish instead of just keeping it I should have ave returned it. I hate it. Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far, so good Our Dyson died after 5 years. I wasn't unhappy with it, but I wanted to try something different. We have four German Shepherds. We vacuum everyday, sometimes twice a day. The Shark was easy to assemble and easy to use. I liked the mobility of the Dyson; it was easy to push and pull. The Shark isn't difficult to maneuver, but it is very different because it doesn't have the ball. It can get under my couch and tables easier, though. Because of having four indoor dogs who shed a lot, I am finding that I have to empty the cup several times. The Dyson had a larger container. The cord isn't short, but I can't go as far as I am used to. Most importantly, the vacuum works very well. I am pleased with the results. I don't think one brand is better than the other, at this point. For the price, I am happy with the Shark.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent Vacuum I was hesitant to buy a new vacuum after years of using my mom's old shop vac but it was Black Friday and I said "what the heck". So I started researching vacuums and spending $600 just isn't my style so Shark seemed to be a good choice as most people who own them say they love the product and the price point is right. I have hardwood/vinyl flooring and I absolutely love the dust genie attachment! Along with the powerful suction, the microfiber picks up EVERYTHING and the floors glisten and look beautiful after a quick sweep through. I wish it was a bit smaller as it is a bit bulky but I don't mind because I can see that it's doing its job and doing it well. I love the fine dusting attachment too for using in practically every room in the house; various furniture, electronics, moldings, corners, etc. It's portable and it even has led lights which make cleaning more thorough. Try it and you'll be pleasantly surprised. Easy pay is awesome!
