Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY-buyer beware My 80 y/o old mom bought this last year on QVC and I just used it for the first time. I am a 46 y/o woman and I had a difficult time navigating this machine. I am very disappointed in Shark and QVC. First if all, it is so top heavy b/c of the motor being in the handle, that it is extremely difficult to navigate, it does not stand on it's own (being top heavy- poorly designed) AND the cord wraps around all the way to the bottom (very difficult for someone that can not reach that far down). DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT . I think QVC needs to try out their products first before selling them on tv and think about who their main audience is.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I bought this thinking it would be great for picking up cat litter but as great as the suction is, I don't care, upright vacuums just stink on hard floors!! It still shoots some out the back and I agree with the other review. All the weight is in the handle causing your hand to cramp after awhile and it actually gets very tiring to use and I'm 58!!! Shark... please redesign these so they stand on their own and all the weight is not in the handle!! I love Shark, I think they're the best but just need a little tweaking.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Picks up great . . . . . but . . . . I bought this because I thought it would be easier to use than my other lightweight sweeper. I made a very big mistake. I am a 69 year old woman with strength issues and a bad back. This sweeper picks up dirt really great and does a great job. But it beats me to death by the time I'm am done running it. I used to be able to vacuum 6 rooms and now with this 2 is my limit. First of all the entire weight load is on the one handle and of course it is supported with your one hand. I find it really hard to maneuver. It also has a self propelled motor and literally pulls me around the room at its speed not mine. I am constantly fighting it and trying to hold it back to catch up with it. Also the design stinks. They need a woman to design women's tools. It is constantly leaning and forget it standing up if you have to pick something off the floor. You find yourself trying to bend and pick something up while holding up the sweeper. And in order to wrap the cord at the end you have to be able to touch the floor because that is where they put the bottom piece to roll the cord on. I will never buy another one. Ever. If I could afford to I would get rid of it now and pray for the person I gave it to.
