Clean like a pro. Thanks to Shark's Never Loses Suction technology, this vacuum gives you more suction and more consistent cleaning power on everything from deep carpets to bare flooring. Professional features such as a larger-capacity dust cup and a longer cord make cleaning faster and easier, and Swivel Steering allows for better maneuverability--change direction and navigate around obstacles without lifting or backing up. Love love love!!! I have had many vacuums over the years and this one has to be my favorite! The best thing about this is the hard floor microfiber pads. I vacuumed my hardwood floors with my canister vacuum. Then I used the shark vacuum with the microfiber pad. I could not believe how dirty the pad was! This really does a fantastic job cleaning hardwood floors. Also does an excellent job on carpet. We couldn't believe how much "stuff" was in the canister. I love the fact that all I have to do is rinse the filter. I would purchase this configuration again and again!!! 06-16-13

Finally a Vacuum I Like! Okay, I admit I hate vacuums. I haven't liked one since the heavy old metal one I bought when I was in college. The ones we have purchased since then just haven't worked, including the one we bought last year in a big box store that quit working properly after only a week. I have to say the Shark was great right out of the box. Love the special tool for hardwoods, love the lift-away feature (easy to clean the stairs now) love the way many of the attachments travel with the machine and the rest go in the handy bag. So glad we took the chance with the Shark. We are several weeks in and I have changed my opinion on vacuums. As long as it's a Shark - I like it just fine! 06-16-13

Amazing. My husband loves this vacuum so much that he does the vacuuming. It is powerful and very easy to navigate and it's light weight. This Shark is much better than my relatives $600 vacuum. This was definitely a great purchase. 06-16-13

EXCELLENT I love this vacuum it really picks up the dirt. I was shocked after the first vacuum of my carpet. It looked like it did when it was new. It is easy to carry up and down my stairs and to vacuum my stairs. I love the pet hair attachment it really picks up my dogs' hair. This is a great buy the price and easy pay. Can you love a vacuum? The answer is yes you can love a vacuum! I have been a long time QVC buyer but have never written a product review. If you have a back problem, have pets, children or a husband...this is the vacuum for you!!! I was ready not to like this product and made sure my husband did not throw away the box etc....but after first vacuuming with my old (Oreck) adn then I vacuumed with the new Shark...I was amazed and upset over how much dirt this Shark picked up. My husband took out the canister to empty it and promptly told me, "You know how much dirt was in there...when I emptied it there was twice as much as you could see." Do yourself a favor and purchase this vacuum you will not be sorry. 06-14-13

CAN'T SAY ENOUGH! LUV....LUV....LUV IT!!! THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST VACUUM I'VE EVER HAD. MY OLD ONE CONKED OUT AFTER ABOUT 8 YEARS OR SO. WHEN SEARCHING FOR A NEW ONE I FIGURED NOTHING COULD BE BETTER THAN QVC...AND EASY PAY IS THE ICING ON THE CAKE! THE VACUUM WORKS GREAT!! I'M EMBARASSED TO SAY THAT MY CARPETS HAVE NEVER LOOKED SO GOOD! LOL I ALSO LOVE THE ABILITY TO CHANGE THE SUCTION. THE VACUUM IS SO POWERFUL IT PRACTICALLY PULLED ME ACROSS THE FLOOR!! I'm loven it This vacuum is awesome. It is such a great buy for the money. With all the tools and two heads to clean with ,I just can't believe the price. It cleans like a dream . I have lots of fur people in my house, so ,the special attachment for fur is a will thought out thing ,I really needed that. The suction is wonderful and the back saver extra handle is great .It even swivels. I give 5 stars but it really is a 10 to me. 06-13-13

Awesome Vacuum I purchased this vacuum cleaner 2 months ago. I absolutely love this vacuum. The attachments are amazing as well. This vacuum was recommended to me by the lady who cleans my house, and after reading/reviewing for a week or so, I decided to buy it. The vacuum is light weight and picks up so much dirt and pet hair, my husband and I were taken away by how dirty our carpet actually was/is. The bare floor attachment is my favorite attachment, because most bare floor attachments blow the debris everywhere, this one actually sucks everything right up. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VACUUM! 06-13-13

IN LOVE <3 I was in the market for a vacuum, and I had Dyson on my radar. I started reading the reviews that QVC customers had left (thank goodness) and was not impressed with what people were rating a lot of the Dyson models. HOWEVER, I did keep hearing comments about this Shark Navigator! The price is great, and reviews were awesome...so I bought one....I LOVE THIS VACUUM!! It took less than 10 min to snap together. This machine is amazing. Do not hesitate, you will not be disappointed! No need to pay more than double for a Dyson....the Shark has all the suction power you could hope for! 06-13-13

great vacuum read all the reviews and decided to pick this product. My carpets look amazing. the amount of dog hair and dirt my old vacuum missed was amazing. a whole canister in each room. It is not too heavy, must be little old ladies writing reviews. the power head is smaller than my old vacuum but that's probably how it develops the cleaning power and suction. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS VACUUM!! Oh my gosh! I cannot begin to say how much I love this sweeper!!! I have 5 cats, a dog, and a husband...so I need all the help I can get in a house with all hardwood floors. This sweeper does it!! It is SO quiet that the animals don't run away when I turn it on!! It picks up everything!! It handles well, it has a large canister, a LONG electric cord (YAY!)...and I love the way I can pick up just the top of it and take it to the garage to clean out cars, etc. I have to tell you that I had one of the VERY expensive sweepers. I was NEVER as happy with that one as I am with this Shark. If you are on the fence, and ESPECIALLY if you have pets, don't hesitate on this one. 06-12-13
