Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Steamer I was so excited when this got dropped off and we opened. I have been looking to replace the Shark steamer we had that came with my Shark Rotator vacuum over 3 yrs, ago. I'm extremely on hard on the steamers we own as I vacuum and steam almost every night have to with 2 dirty kids and their friends. My husband and I took it out of the box, read the instructions and got it set up for the 1st use. After we were finished, I was astonished to see how dirty the pad was. I guess are old steamer was more worn out than I thought! We are so happy with this purchase. I love that it has the mop pad release button, who wants to touch that yucky dirty pad. Thanks Shark for another great product in our household.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this! I have animals, four to be exact. That means, accidents.... I just received this steam mop a few days ago and after one use I LOVE it already! It's easy to use, the steam heats up quickly, and judging from all the dirt that the mop picked up off my floor, it works really well! Hahaha! very glad I purchased this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE IT! I absolutely LOVE this steam mop!!! I steamed every floor in my house last night and my back doesn't feel like it's about to break like it does when I use a regular mop. No more bending over to wring out the mop, lugging around a mop bucket or dripping through the house to rinse in the tub. This little thing is a game changer and I LOVE it!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Caveat emptor Arrived yesterday, used last night; just reviewed video; yes, "on" button is on is on steamer section; not sure if it turns it off, will try today, last night I turned steamer off by unplugging it. Only instructions were on paper wrapper on pad; although a water container is shown on computer, could not figure out how to take it off water holder and filled it by pouring water down the flip down part of the container, which means that after use, unused water can not be removed without taking handle off and turning it upside down over sink. Not as deft as demonstrator in putting pad back on machine after neat trick of removing it; may take practice; triangle pad uses old fashioned technology to put pad on and remove for washing (hands/fingers); steam burst activated by lowering machine; did not try because did not notice instruction until after machine off last night; will try tonight. Demonstrator did not say that, did not show how to fill steamer bucket; will take planning to store because as with another Shark I purchased from Q, it does not stand on own; economical purpose I am sure, but, Mr. Shark, a flip down bike type bracket might work; Paid $89. plus $7.95 (8) shipping; had I paid full price, it would be in box for return; still not sure if will keep but will wash/dry pad first; if it shrinks, back it goes immediately. Fair price? $49.95 to $65.00; without shipping; if keeping, extra pads a must.
