This is so easy even though I didn't do it right the first time. After all, it isn't a machine or computerized. I had to laugh at myself for making a big deal out of putting the pills in the compartments and turning the dial. The only thing that I will say is that if you really do have badly arthritic hands the turning of the lid on the disc like container could seem difficult , maybe. Just do some trial runs and if you do it wrong you can always go back and twist the dial back to start again. This is Monday and I have taken my meds and the dial reads Tuesday now, and the container is closed until I turn the dial again on Tuesday for that days meds. You can't turn the dial too far because it stops you at each compartment and you need to push down the white button and turn to get to the next compartment, after taking the fourth pill you push the white button and it is closed and reads Weds. Long explanation for something so simple. I really like this method and no more thinking did I take my pills or not. Sit down and play with it a little and you will see that it is quite simple.

Needs to be more simple, too much clicking, turning and pushing the button. I love the idea though.

I see why it is on clearance. Very difficult to to open and use. Anyone with arthritis in their hands would find it very hard to use. I would send it back but not worth it with postage cost.
Rated 2 out of 5 by loislane52 I was so hoping this would be the product I needed
I put my pills in. Then I take out what I need problem is that when I take out my 1st pill and shut since I don't need another until hours later, I go to get it and the date keeps advancing so basically it's never on the correct date. The bottles are really hard to get open. If you have larger pills won't hold much at all. Such a disappointment. The only thing I like is I can keep it close to my desk doesn't take up a lot of space.

I take lots of meds and hate carrying a bunch of pill bottles when I go somewhere for just a few days. But these were confusing and also difficult to use, especially for someone with arthritis and neuropathy. I had planned to return them but then a family emergency detained me past the 30 days allowed.

I gave this five stars because it accomplishes exactly what it says it's supposed to. Genius for those who can't remember if they've taken their Rx or vitamins for the day or yesterday. It's a good tracker. However, if you open it...the dose/day changes so you will have to take it to the correct day again if you open it when you have already done it for dose.
I use it for travel and I also use it for daily does. I peel off my Rx label and attach it to my Pilltracker bottle so I know what's inside.
The flatter container doesn't hold much so if your a big vitamin taker, beware of that. A few vitamins or pills fit perfect though. My only advice would be to LABEL LABEL LABEL because you want to know whats inside your bottle.
I wouldn't necessarily recommend this as a "gift" because I personally don't think it's something that should be given as a "gift", but I would recommend it to anyone that takes meds or vitamins.
