I love this item. My purses fit great. I use the center shelves for my scarves.

Purse Organizer great- shoe organizer ok
I bought one purse organizer which works great for my purses. Luckily, my shoes are small and the shoe organizers worked alright BUT I can understand the complaints as the pockets are small. Even with my 4 1/2-5 shoe size I could only put one shoe per pocket and Birkies are tight fit. For a larger shoe there would be a problem with extending over the top perhaps.
Idea: buy the purse organizer for your larger shoes and you can fit a pair or two in each pocket.

NOT WHAT IT SEEMS
THE HOOK ON TOP ARRIVED RUSTY. mOST OF MY DOONEY BAGS DID NOT FIT AND THE IDEA OF A GOOD BAG SQUEEZED IN THE PLASTIC DOES NOT CONVINCE ME.

Jury still out....
I have the earlier version of this item, and was waiting for that to reappear on the shopping site.
This current version was rather fiddly to assemble, and difficult to keep balanced.
A word of warning: it fits medium and smaller handbags only.
However, for me, it is better than using countless clothes hangers - which had been the case.

Perfect for Purses
I bought the blue which is a gorgeous violet, purple/blue color. Holds all of my bags within easy reach. I know I will change my bags more often now that I can see and reach them. Doesn't take up too much room in my closet.

Got both shoe and purse organizer...coming back for another set of Shoe Organizers...yipes I did not realize I had that many shoes....all in one spot...organized...great value.....OK Lori ...need larger size for BOOTS......

not good if you have a small apt. takes up too much room. mine came in defective. not good if you have very large bags. she does make other great products though,

Like the Pink Color
I'm more of a browser then shopper. I purchased this product immediately when I saw it on TV. Glad you can still call in and order, cause I did not have internet access when I saw it on TV.
I have to many purses Just recently I started putting my purses on a coat rack instead of my coats. So when I saw the segment on qvc. I picked up the phone and ordered it immediately. Seems like pink is not a color that easy to get these days. So when I saw the organizer in pink, i wanted to get it before it sold out. I'm not a pink person, yet wanted something to stand out in my closet.
This organizer fits all of the purse sizes I have. Some of my purses that are cotton, I can put 2 purses in one slot. I like that the purse slots are clear, and the purses are so easy to get in and out.
Glad I made this purchase/

Great for shoes...purses?
Love the shoe organizer; gives me so much more space in my closet to get rid of those shoe boxes. Reservations about the purse organizer. I tried it and it just doesn't seem to hold the purses securely. I'm keeping it hoping to use it to hold other items.

Shoe organizer of limited use
I wear a size 81/2 shoe. I could only fit my flats and low heeled sandals into the shoe pouches.
Two inch heeled mules, shooties and walking shoes would not fit, similar to the experience of other reviewers.
I would prefer that one of the two organizers have two pouches combined to accommodate larger shoes.

Shoe Organizer not for large sizes
I wear a 10 and none of my shoes fit in the shoe organizer. I will be returning it.
Probably would work for size 8 and under.
