Rated 5 out of 5 by Enjoylife9 Nice Quality! Standing vs Sitting...
If you want the sitting ones that is what you have to order. The standing ones have a metal rod in the back of each which helps them to stand vs sit. Very cute and good quality. I simply wanted the ones that sit and the agent did not know if the standing ones would or would not be able to do so when I ordered them. They are not able to do so. Unfortunately, they were returned. Will wait to see if sitting ones come back in stock.

The foxes have no tail!! that is the prettiest part of a fox I was disappointed they also look more like mice then foxes should have redder hair....
Rated 5 out of 5 by pollytek These are ADORABLE!!
This fox couple is the cutest!! I absolutely love them. They are standing beside my fireplace and are so stinkin cute. Appropriate for all seasons.
Rated 3 out of 5 by littleflowers cute fox but....
Bought these to set out for Christmas, the faces are real cute and the clothing too. Nice size and sit well. cute. But...as another reviewer said they have no fox tails like a real fox. I also purchased fabric to try to sew on their tails like they should be made. I thought their boots they have on look a bit cheaper looking, would have been great if Valerie would have left their feet a natural fox fur plush instead of those boots! But they are cute and with a couple changes I would have given 5 star rating. I will keep them and see if I can improve them a bit.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Whitney913 Great Fox Hunting Tradition
>>>My son, the father of my 2 granddaughters, fox hunted with me since he was 8 years old. We hunted with the Aiken SC drag which is filled with tradition and we rented the barn on Monsignor Smith's property (Monsignor Smith was the Master of the tradition filled, historic Aiken Drag Hunt since before I can remember).
>>>When I went to St. Angelia Academy, we would kiss his ring. He was, in our eyes, directly connected to God.
>>>Now that I am older, I had a key to his house, stabled his horse, and would knock on his door. He would throw open the window over the front door and say "Come on in, I'll meet you in the kitchen. Go ahead and start the tea".
>>>We rode with him on his last ride on his horse in the historic Hitchcock Woods here in Aiken. Not long after that, his family took him. He died a short time later of pneumonia.
>>> His friendship, I can't tell you how much that meant to me and he was the Master of the Aiken Drag Hunt since I can remember.
>>>Now these figures of the foxes in hunting gear will be set up for my 2 granddaughters. I am giving each girl one fox figure which will be set up high on a shelf in each of their rooms. When they wake up, we will teach them FIRST to say "Good Morning Foxy" to their "Foxy" figure. Their father and I will, over the years to come, tell them stories from our fox hunting days. Hopefully one or both of the girls will chose to fox hunt with the Aiken Hounds and they will understand the history involved as well as remembering Monsignor Smith and his significance in our lives.
>>>I feel this is a nice tribute to "the man who sat at the right hand of God and to fox hunting where he was also very dedicated to for YEARS".

This is not something that I would normally purchase. However, the pair together are really cute!

These are about as adorable as they can be! Nice size. Nice boots! Very unusual. I bought the sitting couple and they will be great on the piano! I love Valerie's items and these are just perfect!
Rated 3 out of 5 by 35041615 Cute but needs a tail.
Very cute and they do sit nicely on a ledge.
One of the best parts of a fox is the beautiful tail...which they do not have.....what?
I went to Michaels and got some fake fur plus pipe cleaner for the shape.
I attached the fur around the pipe cleaner and then to the fox.
They now look complete and took about 10 minutes of work and $5 of supplies.
Valerie could get it a lot cheaper.
Her designs are usually so thought out... I'm surprised by this omission.
Rated 5 out of 5 by ChristmasAngel LOVE THIS FOX COUPLE!!
I have always loved the equestrian lifestyle and have followed competitive events for years. Early this summer, my husband and I fulfilled a dream of mine to visit Lexington, KY to visit some of the beautiful horse farms! With that said, I have always loved the association of the fox and horse. Therefore, when Valerie introduced the fox couple, I immediately ordered the standing fox couple. I also ordered the tan and white rocking horses. When the fox couple arrived, I couldn't wait to take them out of the box. They are adorable and a great size! Their velour-like trousers, simulated leather boots, red jackets, and plaid attire truly are well made, and their faces and demeanor capture what I would expect of a "fox couple." They are truly charming and will be a different type of Christmas decoration to display. In fact, I could see where horse lovers could keep them out all year-round! If you have the rocking horses, these are a natural next purchase that I think you will enjoy! I spent so much during CIJ, I am letting the "smoke" clear around my credit card, but hopefully, I will get to buy the sitting fox couple before they are no longer available. Take the plunge and buy these, you won't regret it!
Rated 4 out of 5 by ShopperLadyY Cute not Foxy
These are cute as dolls as anther reviewer stated. The outfits are equestrian so can be used all year long. I find the faces a little too sweet; would have preferred a more foxlike, thinner, angular face. I will keep as it is not worth losing over $10 for the return. Will use myself or give as a gift to a child.
Rated 4 out of 5 by annejoaunt Foxy...
bought standing ones also...
it'll be easy to change their outfits for different holidays...
would have liked more of a tartan plaid rather than red & black check...
other than that...

I only gave this 4 stars, because they are just a little too "cutesy" for my taste. The quality is quite good, and they are charming. I would have just liked them to be a little more fox-like than doll-like, but it is my own fault for not looking at them a little more closely. I will keep them and use them in a display that works. I just like things to be a little more classy than cute. They are very cute, though, I must admit, and certainly a good value.
