Finally a Great Nights Sleep! This is our second Serta Remendy Firm Mattress. Originally I purchased a queen set for our extra bedroom. Due to my snoring issues, I was strongly urged to use the queen bed. Slept like a baby. Firm but not too firm. Oh, rarely do I snore any more. Not sure that's the mattress but I'd like to believe it has something to do with it. Don't be fooled by the low price. It's a great value. Great delivery service, QVC only has the best carriers. Time for Bed. Good Night! 11-14-12

Very dissapointed I like a firm mattress, hence me purchasing this 'Firm' mattress set. This Mattress is by NO MEANS firm...upon laying down on it, you sink into the mattress. I have a bad back, and this mattress has only made my back worse. Also, The box set that sits underneath the mattress, when used, makes the bed so tall that you cannot climb into it. I'm 5' 10" and with the set underneath the mattress I have a VERY hard time getting into the bed...so I took the set off and I'm just using the mattress and by doing this it makes the mattress even softer. I'm just very dissapointed and its too late to return it. I'll probably just get rid of it and buy a different not but NOT online...I will go somewhere and try it out first. 05-11-12
