Rated 1 out of 5 by from dont by serta my matress starting sagging on the sides in the first month, warranty is a joke test is staked against you to prove the matress is bad, lack of support is not covered only dips that exceed 1.5 inches. plus you pay company to do test.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad deal If I were QVC I would not deal with this company. After 30 days it is up to Serra to cover the mattress. Even if it is sagging in the first few days, nothing is done until it reaches a certain point. Then YOU pay Serra to inspect it. You pay delivery and a percentage of the remaining time of the warranty . In the end you could be paying 1 1/2 times and still have a saggy mattress if the replacement is the same as the original. I am cutting my losses and moving on.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from BEWARE This is the only time I have ever shopped on QVC. The idea of a dual pillow top seemed terrific. Be able to flip the mattress and it will last a long time. Wrong. Literally within two weeks the mattress had a sag where I slept. I moved around each night to intentionally avoid the divot and I thought this would allow the mattress to spring back. Nope. The mattress materials are just not resiliant - at all. There is a serious manufacturing/material problem with the mattress. The mattress was comfortable but just didn't spring back to it original shape. After two months, I returned the mattress. It took another two months (!) and at least 15 phone calls to connect with the delivery service and return the mattress. QVC did return my money within one week though. Notice that many of the other reviews have the same problem. I hope Serta is reading these reviews to address the materials they are using for this mattress.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Comfortable but Wobbly We bought the queen mattress when it was TSV in the fall. The delivery service was very good. No complaints. The mattress is comfortable. No complaints. HOWEVER, when one person moves, the whole mattress moves and wiggles. Very irritating. It has been many years since we have had that happen with any mattress since our waterbed! I was very surprised since the description speaks to the "stability" of the coils. I would not have purchased this mattress if I had known this would happen. When the mattress was delivered I was the only one home and did not get to "test" this problem with my husband. We should have returned it. We now know very well how irritating this is. Hate to purchase another mattress, but will do so before long.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Firm Bought the King set in Oct. 2017 and I have to say in two months I noticed a bit of sagging. The mattress is not as firm as stated on TV. Delivery men were the worst! I should say one of them. He was annoyed because I wanted the old mattress set on the frame in another room. I then asked if they would help me out a mattress encasement on the new mattress before placing it on the box spring. The one driver was annoyed and when they left, I noticed the mattress was sideways!! Obviously hanging over the box spring on the sides. I struggled turning the king mattress alone, QVC /Serta needs to do better with whom they contract for deliveries.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from think twice I have a bad back so I watched and thought this is the mattress for me. boy was I wrong I wish I would of kept my old mattress. and when they say it will be delivered in 10 days that's a lie. it took a month and a half to get it. wish they would of kept it. It is starting to sag no matter how many times you flip.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Saggy middle I purchased this as the TSV back in Oct 2017, and at first it was comfy. It's a little squishy and I thought it would be firmer, but what to do once it's in your home? They took my old mattress, so I kept on going. It's been three months now and the middle (where I sleep) is saggy. I find I try to force myself to sleep closer to the edges, but then I just roll to the middle or one side of my body is achy because of the harder edge of the mattress. I am hoping to ask Serta/QVC for a solution since I am stuck with this mattress for the time being and it is fully paid for. I am thinking the split queen would have been more supportive in the middle, but then I would also think I'd feel the split if I was to sleep in the middle! I should've stuck with the buying a mattress in person. The risk of TV purchasing did not pay off.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DippyDo I purchased a Serta before when it was TSV and they said then and now that the sides don't break down. They did not but within a few months there was a dip in the center that I've had to lived with...so disappointing !!!!
