Best Purchase I've Made!!!
I was very nervous about buying this mattress without trying it first, everyone told me I was nuts! I read all of the reviews and every piece of information available to me i felt informed but was still very nervous, an easy pay offer was the deciding factor in my purchase and I went for it. I am very happy I went for it! Delivery did take a long time but the delivery men were great.. fast, clean and they took all of my old bedding and they set up the frame I had purchased too. The mattress itself is ..pretty lol. It really is! It's insanely comfortable and is an absolute blessing. It is firm and offers great support. I love and I'm super happy with the purchase if I could do I over I would still buy it but I would do it sooner!!

Decent for a blind purchase
I have a girlfriend who purchased a mattress on QVC and this was the deciding factor why I even considered buying a mattress without testing it out. We wanted something super firm and this mattress is definitely on the firm side. The only glitch, that I didn't pay attention to was that the quilting is made of the "Cool Balance" fabric technology
which is described as "Exclusive Advanced Comfort Quilt system; Kool Comfort memory foam"...Yes, memory foam which I'm not a big fan of. I've been sleeping on the bed for three weeks now and I've grown accustomed to it. I tend to overheat in my sleep and it hasn't been that much of an issue, but if it wasn't for the fact that my husband LOVES this mattress then it's worth keeping. I'm super picky and easily annoyed at small details like the memory foam quilted top, but it hasn't been an issue (it's winter now), I guess we'll find out in the summer time. Otherwise, service was excellent and they hauled away our old mattress and the estimated time of delivery was earlier that quoted which is always a plus!

Great Nights Sleep
I was a bit nervous about purchasing a mattress set without trying it out because I had never done it before. I have to say, I am glad we pulled the trigger on this purchase. This is an incredibly comfortable mattress set. We are very satisfied with our purchase, and I would recommend it to anyone who requires a firm mattress set.

Best Decision I Made
I was a bit hesitant to purchase a mattress without trying it out first. I went based on all the great reviews this particular bed had received. My husband and I knew we wanted a Firm bed and that’s exactly what we got.
The bed is amazing; it's firm but not rock hard. Its height is great and I think we got an amazing deal for the price. Thanks QVC :D you have made a believer out of me.

Great firm mattress
I bought this because it is a Consumer Digest Best Buy award winner, and because of the Cool Balance fabric technology. I switched from a $2,000 Kings Crown mattress that had about a 4 inch pillow top, and retained ALL body heat. I am 5'6" and 114 pds but I left a dip in my old mattress after 3 years and was sick of sliding into it. The first night on this was very FIRM, but I had a big adjustment from my old mattress. It is nice to sleep at a lower level again. From the 2nd night on I have been sleeping great. I think the materials the bed is made from look much nicer than the mattresses in this price range in mattress stores. I think the bedding technology is way above the price range. If you don't want firm, don't order it. They told me 4 weeks for delivery, but I got it in 15 days and I ordered it just before the 4th of July (and I don't live near a city). The edges of my mattress do not dip at my weight, the delivery people were great even though I had a 4 hour window, it is a Perfect Sleeper, and if I decide it is too firm for me (I have had it for 2 weeks) I would rather have a thin topper on it than buy another pillow top. What else can I say? My neighbors came over and checked it out and have ordered the king size for themselves!

So Comfortable from the first night...
We are very happy with our recent purchase of the Serta Mattress. It was a long overdue purchase and was a little nervous about buying sight unseen but what a pleasant surprise this Perfect Sleeper is!! Couldn't be more pleased! Only glitch- the order was doubled in error (probably my fault) but I just refused delivery when it came and I'm assuming that it has made its way back from where it came. All in all, a VERY positive experience with QVC. Thank you very much and am looking forward to my future purchases.

Incredibly uncomfortable
I bought this based on the rave reviews, but I have clearly received a different version of this set than the other reviewers. I wanted a firm mattress for my back but with cushioning to prevent pressure spots. The one I got is rock hard with no sense of cushioning whatsoever. It is the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever had, bar none. I was previously sleeping on an old mattress. The box spring was 32 years old, and the top mattress was an 8-year-old memory foam mattress that was so worn out that I would wake up during the night because the mattress was slanting toward the floor and I was falling out of bed. The one thing I can say about this new mattress is that it stays level. Aside from that, it's horrible. I am trying to make it work by adding a topper, etc., because I don't want to go through the hassle of sending it back and being without a bed for awhile, but even after adding an expensive memory-foam-gel topper, it is still really uncomfortable. The first week I had it, it was so hard my bones ached. Even with the topper, I feel like I'm lying on a steel floor with just a thin pad covering it. I am even having unpleasant dreams, which I'm assuming may be due to the discomfort while I sleep. I just don't know if I can keep this unless I can think of a creative way to cushion it better than this. On top of these issues, after only having the mattress for about 2 weeks, there is already a slight dip in the mattress where I have been sleeping. I would not recommend this mattress, because you have no way of knowing whether you will get one of the good ones or one like this. Oh, and by the way, I hadn't bought a mattress set for decades and I did not realize how much taller this set would be. I now have to stand on a stool to get in bed. (I'm 5'3"). Buyer beware.

Best Mattress Yet
I have bought at least 3 mattresses in the last 5 years and this mattress is perfect Its not soft but not hard its perfect its Exactly what its named Cushion Firm I absolutely love this bed you can feel motion transfer but thats no biggie for me I even over slept I have never over slept not even with my TempurPedic!! Im so happy with my purchase!

Sleeping All Night
I am so glad I made this purchase! I am sleeping all night for the first time in quite a while. The mattress is so comfortable and just the right height. I plan to order another one just like it for my granddaughter.

Great Mattress!!
At first I was skeptical about ordering a mattress online that I have never tested before. Turns out that this mattress is great! It is so comfortable and firm. I would absolutely recommend this mattress to others. They said that it would take about a month for me to get the mattress and I got it in 1 week!

Very good bed set at a very reasonable price. We've been able to sleep well in it from day one, which is surprising, seeing that on average it takes a few weeks to transition into a new bed. We would definitely recommend this bed to anyone considering it.
